Thank you Darkdude. The "noob way" as you put it was the most time efficient way of getting it, so in fact it's the "smart way" since I only have a few hours each evening to play. but did the player do tasks from duadel? Do you people not read my first post? I described how I did it there.

Thanks to most people that posted on this topic, I would quote you and say how much your comment means to me, but I think most of the rates/comments have been more than fair and well thought out.

It was suprisingly easy just doing 9 tasks for Mazchna and 1 for Chaelder (4 times), then I took my 50th task from Summona and bingo I have enough points :) Took me 5 nights, about 20 hours I guess. I wasn't really timing it but that would be my best guess. Rate 1 - 10

Just because he doesn't have godswords coming out his (ahem!) doesn't make it bad, for his level and stats it's very good. Considering 91 cooking must have cost a fair bit.

You range iron dragons with less than 70 Range? How many dragons do you kill in a trip and what outfit do you use? Oh, nice bank ;)

It's a good task, just remember to wear dragonhide armour as their attacks are Magic based. However if you need to pray use Melee protection, confusing eh? :) Other than that they are pretty fast task for most slayers.

Don't just go through the pipe and do it, you have to walk a little way into the course.

Yes but it's not as boring, and a good slayer level can open up some great monsters for getting rich off. Spiritual Mages, Abyssal Demons and Dark Beasts. It's a long road but well worth it.

I don't see how random events could make it 2 hours faster.. and the time to do random events is calculated in the xp per hour.. you will find that computers can't actually generate a random number, and over time a general pattern of random events will form, say 1 every 1 hour. Thus my calculation is quite correct, alot more than yours too. They are dropping due to Jagex "nerfing" the monkeys under Ape Atoll, I don't know the full details, but apparently you can't chin very well down there anymore.

You get bonus points every 10th and 50th task. So apparently the best way to get slayer points, is to use a low lvl master, for each task, then go back to your highest every 10th task. Edit: sorry it's every 10th and 50th task you get a bonus.

I don't know if you noticed, but red chins are falling in price, so with a little patience, you could save yourself a bundle on those chins. Maybe pursue another skill while waiting for them to level in price?

I hate to say it, but I just realised that Full Dragon is no where near 13M. Dragon Full Helm = 39.5M Dragon Chain = 10M Dragon Legs = 880k Dragon Boots = 334.2k Dragon Square Shield = 775.1k Full Dragon = 51,489,300gp The old full dragon with dragon medium helm instead comes to about 13M, but thats not really full dragon anymore. So if you wanna get it, go ahead, but don't get a medium helmet and call it full dragon :shame:

In my opinion, Full Dragon is for people with plenty of money to splash around, as it has poor stats when compared to much cheaper armour such as Torags. So sure save up for Full Dragon, but only use it as armour if you really don't want to get 70 Defence.

So tell me Craven, where do you get that amazing rate of exp and why isn't everyone using it Actually, 17 hours 14 minutes and 40 seconds. But you failed to include the chance of getting randoms, what randoms you would get and how long it would take to get through them and start earning exp again. So if your going to try to outsmart someone, don't make yourself look like a twit in the process.

I'm not sure if this is efficient, but you can get infinite run from the pools in Ooglog, I think it lasts about 30 mins, so that would mean travelling to there every now and again. But it would mean you could take an ess carrier into the abyss with and still have infinite run. Any thoughts on this method of Abyss RC'ing?

You can get back to fullscreen in game, just goto the options tab and its the 3rd button along (when you mouseover is says "Toggle Fullscreen").
