yeah I think along with the 13% NO UPDATE EVAR ALL CHANGE BAD only needing 12% of people to oppose GWD itself will mean it won't get 75%.
Who knows though, and Jagex might let it though with like 65-70.

I would like to see gwd personally, but I get the feeling it prob won't get 75% majority.

I remember even before the constitution update Jagex said that decimal hits still existed, but all your hits where rounded down.
So say your max hit was 5.5, you would only have half the chance to hit 5, as you would hit 0/1/2/3/4.
And say at level 66 str you can punch a 7.9, there will be little difference in DPS by getting 67 str allowing you to hit a 8.0.
Have I got my facts right here?

was why I was surprised to see that, I think there is a decent chance of it being a poll sooner that you think though.
I mean it can't really be that hard to remake GWD, compare Jagex's current resources to the resources in 2007, and the fact no actual designing has to be done, it can't be *that* difficult to do compared to back in 2007.
Or most likely was just chosen as it looks cool, but thought it worth posting anyway.

obby maulers never become less effective.
What becomes less effective is if you turn it into a failed pure by getting some att/def levels or training range/magic over your melee combat level.
Best strag to beat: Any defense at all, like steel armor stops them, though obviously not ideal for a pure...
Or the best troll method but sadly takes ages, is to make an iban pure and just wreck all the low level ones.

its allowed I think but you suck for trying to get eoc gold for 07scape gold.
Also flowers are worthless, everyone had tons of them due to the 100000s of seeds from waterfall quest, I think every general store had about 30k stock of them for a long time.

Do you know if it is possible to do the legends quest part with 1 prayer?
I know it is one of the requirements to have 40ish pray, but if that is not actually needed...

If you want to call a section of rs rotten you would do far better pointing that stick at eocscape.
Dicing/RWT/scamming is strife and a large number of hard core runescape players that make the game have switched over to 07scape to avoid the EOCscape community as much as the game. The I want it now aspect of EOCscape is pathetic, no one is willing to work for anything, and there is nothing worth working towards.
It is easy to call pkers annoying or rude, but it is part of any competitive game, and a lot of hate on pkers seems to come from people upset that their slayer task or green dragon killing was ruined by a pker. At the end of the day it is easier to type "owned noob", than an essay expressing gratitude at their honorable participation.

In which case gambling in RS is a federal crime.
GP has a real easily transferable value, saying its not real money so doesn't count, is like gambling ipads and saying they don't count, or more relevantly something like bitcoins.

Good, now take down the big clans.
Some people might know I did try flower gaming with a top clan (got a free rank because of efame, horay) for a time with the best of intentions, and I can tell you all of the top guys that run it are cancer. None of them have an interest above profiting in the game, and discussions are regularly held on best ways to rwt, best ways to part newbs with cash(real life as well as rs gold) and other either immoral or downright illegal stuff.
The good side if you care, is that a lot of these guys are wasting their real life cash they make from the clans lol, was as common to hear people complaining about losing bit coins as losing runescape gold. It is amazing how gambling addition works, the same guys organizing addicting games to take runescape gp, then go lose it to casinos.
There are NO positive effects to flower gaming, banning everyone involved would be a good step, save a lot of the betters real life money (hilarious cycle of losing cash to hosts, then buying it back) and remove the scum, "legit" hosts would be positive collateral damage.
