Do you need a lawyer for that? OT: Personally, I think that the firelighters are intended to be used for fun: the extra exp is just a bonus. I've seen them used a lot around pest control, as well as at various parties. (It would be nice if they were tradable, though...) I want a green fire...........

If you have more than level 2 cooking, you will rarely burn a shrimp.
