RIP Andrew Garfield Tobey Maguire best spiderman NA I rewatched the first spider-man movie tonight 'cuz I've been wanting to for a while, and out of curiosity for whether it was as good as I remember, and yeah, it was. Definitely prefer it to Amazing Spider-man. Just something about charismatic but awkward white guy that I love. I am also, of course, a sucker for romances that don't work out, so that certainly helps. But honestly, Amazing Spider-man parker was just a generic early-2000s cool kid, and it was not interesting or exciting in any way for me. Like, honestly, who cares. Not me, that's who. Yeah I remember really enjoying the first TM spider man. The second two, not so much. Didn't love AG as spiderman, so this new guy was fine by me. He wasn't worse than AG anyway...
