They aren't that rare, I used chins to try to get pouches and after I used them all up I got all of them in about 50 kills. You do need the lower leveled pouches before you can get the other one's. I hope this helped in some way, shape, or form.

Since I love history I chose Julius after Julius Caesar, Julius was already taken so my dad put in a few numbers and that's why I have them.
