If you're are willing to loose some items then go for it...i would rate it very unwise though.

Question 1: In my siggy you can see that my goals are to get 95/95/95 Melee along with 90Ranged. Will this be good enough for F2P PvP worlds? Will i manage to get kills with those stats? Question 2: I recently started making a Tank for PvP/Med-LvL BH. I would be getting the stats to something like 90+ranged, 90+def with 55prayer and only 70atk and 70str. Will this be good enough to be a decent PK'er?

Argh.... i HATE when people are thick enough to believe that LVL 83 roaches are the best money making monsters in F2P. Just because they drop rune Scimi and Rune SQ doesnt make them the best moneymakers. In fact the level 56 roaches are way superior if it comes to money making. they might only drop runes, but they are much easier to kill and your trips last longer. I could make 50k per hour/trip off soldier cockroaches were i could easily make 80k per hour/trip off workers.

Anyways, just buy a debit card, just have your parents drive you to the library or something and then walk to the nearest commercial store, like any big ones like Wal-Mart, Target, King Soopers, Walgreens, any store that sell a wide range of things. A debit card is the same thing as turning your money into a credit card, except you don't get interest and you need to pay a small fee. Here in America, i can usually get a Mastercard (silver) 20$ gift card for about ~25$. A 50$ gift card (gift card is the same as a debit card, except you can give it away) would be around ~57$. My little brother 10 years old did it secretly, now i bet you could easily do it too if your parents don't approve of Runescape or something. Oh great, i'm going off topic, -.- I tend to do that sometimes. Ill look into getting a debit card... Im turning 18 in 20days give or take so i really dont mind waiting a bit and then just opening a bank account and getting a visa or something. Okay so getting membership using Western Union seems to be my only option. I searched the net and found that there is a Western Union located not to far from where i live. The only question is, how does it work? How do i pay using Wester Union?

Well ive never been a member even though i would love to be one. I know im not the only one like this and that got me wondering, what are people's reasons for not being a member... Mines that i cant find method to pay for it, my country restricts me to only 3 options of which one i dont know how western union works, the second one is too risky(paybymail) and the third one...well i dont have a visa yet.... So whats your reason?

WELL TBH i finished my school yer early. Did my final exams and im done with school now. Im actually a unemplyed 17 year old ATM lol.... I do have some activities coming up in November(huge tennis tourny) so i am not going to be able to play 8hours a day for a while coz i need to work out and train....But yeah, still want that 15mil...
