felt the need to make up my own challenge, steps: 1- get training sword 2- walk to fally for shield & bronze pic 3- walk to varrock and mine p-ess 4- use spirit tree to battle field 5- zmi craft for trollheim tele runes (had to kill some zammy crafters for more fires/ess) 6- tele to mountain and slay the troll general not bad for first try if i do say so myself ;)

on VERY rare occasion, ex: today i mined all the pure essence for 63-64 runecrafting so i could keep the laws for myself
