E3 2010
Not exactly. It's kind of like pokemon but with people, humanoids, and other monsters instead. There's usually more to it, but that's sort of it in a nutshell from my perspective. Quite honestly, i think KH represents more JRPG's than pokemon ever will.

E3 2010
I think rangeor summed up my points in his long post a page ago about nintendo: If you look at the games they announced, while they are all from established franchises (Apart from Epic Mickey i supose), but 2 of these, Kirby and Kid Icarus, have nothing in common with previous games bar the caracters: In kirby, you can't swallow up enemies, you can just whip them and throw them. The major gameplay revolves around the scenery changes, like sowing the background tighter so platforms can be closer and such. They could easily create a new IP. Kid Ikarus is the samwe thing, it was originally a platformer and now is a Railshooter-beat me up. Also, i think apart from MMO, FPS and Third person shoter (unless you count Star Fox for GC), doesn' Nintendo have already Franchises for everything? Konami revealed NeverDead during the Konami briefing, people say GoldenEye is completely based off the movie and Sonic Colours is... decent? Holy hell!

I liked the pricing of Move reactions: "You can get it for 50 us dollars!" Everyone: "Yeaah, that's not bad at all! *claps*" "And the movement controller for 30 Dollars" Everyone: "..." Speaking fo pricing, any rumours of the 3DS and Kinect pricing?

The problem is that isn't a way to ignore the Kinect stuff when they took an entire hour and a quarter to shove it to the audience! Don't take me wrong, i love me some Gears and Rising is looking prime, but those combined where what, 10 minutes? Sony could have been much better fi they showed Resistance 3, KH3 and THE LAST GUARDIAN. Not only that but they said too much before E3.

I think that's why so many people got angry at Microsoft: They had 2 conferences, and they wasted both on Kinect :? For me the best moments were that Kevin Butler speech (nº1 moment may i add), The line "breathing boost your health" by Ubisoft and these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aMaBETX-xg&feature=related This one was just disturbing (2:17 for extra disturbing): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnp_GYUUt4o I was kinda disapointed about the Zelda Live Demo, but people who already played it on the booths said it works amaznig and the Motion+ was calibrated on the confenrencem, that's a relief  Edit: What the hell, 3 votes on Microsoft O.O

E3 2010
WEll, this wraps up this year's E3 press conferences, I would give Sony an A and 9/10. What are your opinions on who did best this year? My top goes: 1: Nintendo: They rocked my face off with game after game and an increadible 3DS announcement 2: Sony: Saved by Twisted Metal, they did VERY well, had a couple of surprises like GlAdOs apearing, but the lack of new games bummed me. Kevin Butler should get an Oscar for his speech. 3: EA: Very solid conference, did everything right and delivered a new trailer For Star WArs ToR 4: Ubisoft: Not at the level of the others, but it did very well and showed a lot fo footage of Assassins Creed Brotherhood. Also I like the new Rayman 5: Microsoft: Started very well, taunting us with games like Rising, Fable3 and Gears of War 3, just to spend the rest of the conference (1h:15minutes) on Natal. Unlike Sony, which had decent games (Like Sorcery) they showed a bunch of Rip-offs filled with bad acting (Live conversation of the sisters and te little kid getting licked by the digital tiger) Nice E3 though, i already now my Christmas List

Looks kinda Generic, but you get to be a psychotic clown who wield chainsaw and miniguns and takes down entire buildings with few bullets. There were rumours of it, so i was kinda expecting, but it's still awesome. LAST GUARDIAN! Give it to me Sony!

Would be game savers. Do you think they'd really show KH3 so soon after BBS, though? Since one is on PSP and another on PS3 is ee no harm in that. I'm enjoying sony, they are at the same level as EA right now, I jsut wish they said something new about something. Heck give us The Last Guardian!

What nadril said, before we had DS, with grafics lower than PSP but with touch screen which allowed new things tobe explored, and PSP, which was gameboy on steroids, aka, onyl controls and grafics were improved. This gave the handheld market a choice: Touch Screen or Nice Grafics. 3DS has both. Thats why Sony needs a new PSP, because games can be ported, and it now hasn't anything over 3DS. Oh well, maybe at TGS
