He is probably from the same race as that marowak, he is impossible to caught :lol: Consoles aren't equel, the games set them apart, and just like a local guy said every of today's console fill their own niche: RPG's get a PS3, FPS' get a 360, platformers get a Wii , generalising all of them, since they all have pretty much every genre available. Saying that the Wii is worse than 360/PS3 right from start without a solid base of arguments *does* make you a fanboy. Now can we take the flame wars somewhere else?

I have world of goo for the wii, it's a pretty awesome game, one of my top favourites actually :thumbup: Other than that I also played Braid and trine, and I'm looking forward to shank, Limbo and Lost in shadow (not sure about this one, if it's indie or not)

One last word on the anime subject: If anime is japanese animation, it doesn't need to be made by japaneese, it just needs to apply it's style, which Airbender does :unsure:

Not gonna comment on your taste for games because each one is unique to each person, so there isn't any plausible argument for that. On the Kirby vs Limbo argument, yeah, Limbo should have won, but that isn't to degrade Kirby, it manages to look nothing short of outstanding, artisticly or not. Limbo stood out for me because of the ambient mostly. :P (PS: I really liked that kirby thingy of sowing the background and such, quite original if you ask me) Also, on the Move subject, even though we still have to get hands on ourselves, i heard that when comparing it to a Motion plus'ed Wiimote, motion plus stands out since it incorporates some kind of gizmo (gyroscope i think?) that detects both faster and more accuratly than Move- Eye set. We have to wait and see for that. I'd still like to see Sony try something new rather than jumping on bandwagons, at least Natal (i am NOT calling that thing kinect) was trying something diferent, disregarding the outcome.

Quite honestly, i think Avatar is anime, and a hec of a good one, what is the subject of anime anyway? Also, can we please take the subject back to annoying things rather then bashing/defending anime?

I like parks better than beaches and I'm always forced to go to the beach when i go out. I have to agree and disagree here. Graphics are, in fact, important. If they weren't, we would never have passed the moderate 8-bit era to the God-like 16 bit era, but many people tend to mistake "Good Graphics" for "Realism is the [cabbage]". This is why there was that much controversy on Gametrailers best of E3 grafics, which was won by Kirby (I still say Limbo should have won). I myself prefer alternate grafical styles, like Cell shading, 16-bit sprites and hand drawn animation, which are kinda scarce in HD consoles (apart from certain XBLA and PSN titles, mostly indie), but i also enjoy some earth tone realism from time to time. My opinion of the Wii's grafics are both of saving production costs and a tec challenge, ie, make the best artistic grafics you can (which glady were seen quite a bit this year's E3). The HD consoles CAN do it better, they just don't seem to try it.

This is pretty much my answer, if you love FPS or shooters, stay away from it, otherwise, there is always a lot of enjoyment to be had in the wii :thumbup:

If you like past Nintendo games, the Wii is paradise for you, not only it has the natural sleuth of nintendo franchises, it has backwards compatibility with the NGC and Vistual Console which, for gamers like me who never had a NES and dont have mane SNES and N64 games, is a God's gift. Not only that, but at E3 they announced many returning franchises like DK country and Kirby to the wii. And as much as people like to mock lack of 3rd parties and all of that, you can find very good, some brilliant, 3rd partyies, like NHM 1& 2, Red Steel 2 (DO NOT buy the first one), Muramasa, Little King Story and so on. If it's anything it doesn't have, it's FPS's, so it isn't big of a deal if you don't like them like me. Also, getting Classic controller might be kinda necessary... There are also rumours of a price drop soon, so I'd wait for TGS before making your move, might save you 50 bucks. Apart from Monster Hunter Tri's, the Wii online is a joke, there is no way around it.

Also, only stick with the open/rookie servers huntil you are HR17, from HR18+, recruiting servers are much more convenients since it lists the monster the server is for, rather then guessing what is that server for. Bleh, my exams results came around, in one exam i had 20/20 (decriptive geometry, architeture basicly) and 9/20 (physics and chemistry), and since my parents just decided to overlook the fact i was the only guy in the entire school to have a max gtrade in any exam in favour of destroying my phsichy because of my 9, so for a little while (next thrusday) i will be taking large breaks to study for my exam :thumbdown: And i thought i was on holydays -.-
