A mud staff, but what i really liked is the amount of regular drops. It's not often i come out with near 400k in non-rares. (clue gave me some junk.. not over 30k.)

If you could manage to solo it I think that speaks for itself as a reward, good drop or not.

what happened to ur friend? and lolz u didnt listen to him say "prayer altar! the prayer altar!" What I don't understand is why he didn't just eat the shark he had on him? did he just accept it and die? also, in him pm it says he has no food, I see food =.= meh, mabye i'm over analizing a little.

someone, somewhere will eventually solo it. given enough time someone will get lucky or find a new combo of items that will work. although it will probably be a few months before anyone acctually manages to kill it. The odds are that in a short time there will be a "solo method" just like when godwars was released. Unlike the 15 jads i've killed, this guy can acctually HIT you if even if you make no mistakes. so it's on a completely diffrent level. 2000 hp & damage reduction aside, he can still hit over prayer (if prayer acctually does anything, i'm not sure) so unless your really 'lucky' and manage to spam ruby bolt specs then have enough food left to finish it's last 500 hp or so i don't believe that it's soloable. ...But there is always a chance ja?

It's just the one "tainted wraith" in the dark knights castle. not really a sub-boss, but it does drop elixers. and yes, it's always in 1 spot.

In case anyone was wondering... P.S. threw up a lil' in my mouth when i saw the hp >.>

hehe, sorry about that Tim, but you will love this: 2 obby capes, an obby knife, and and obby maul (wielding it) within 5 mins of each other. AND my raccoon grew up. (I liked it when it was little, now it's a fatty -.- )

Mith grapples could have also fallen due to the fact that Armadyl items themselfs where falling? Indicating a decline in the amount of people headed to the boss (as mith grapple is needed.) It would be intresting to see if it started rising in price now that Armadyl items (not godsword) are starting to increase in price.

I had alot of extra prayer after I finished my task. so I figured I would smite one more for the hell of it...i like how it came out. (my 1st dark bow drop ftw!) In short: Always smite your dark beasts ^

Personaly I believe that the massive price drops are due to "kids" going back to school. sence they are going back to school they sell their items when they quit for the school year. many schools re-opened in the last 2-3 weeks, right when the prices started droping. now at the start of september (when most schools are already open) the prices are beggining to stabalize and go back up somewhat, imo ofc.
