Hai, i'm currently 64 farming and i'm trying to boost to 70 with spicy stews for Varrock Diary...i'm wondering whether stews will stack with another farming boost so there's a better chance of reaching 70? Thanks.

France is one of the leaders in biotechnology industry I hear, and also in the better half of the top 10 car producing countries. I've invested some money and 100 biotechnology firms to further investigate into cheaper and more eco friendly transport, including hydrogen cars and what not to lower carbon emissions. As of now, car production will be cut 5% for a years trial, if it proves beneficial to society it may remain permanent.

You can't claim another country if you already have one. You could try conquering it eventually, but considering somalia is one of the poorest and most corrupt countries in the world (you were somalia, right?) and france is one of the worlds superpowers, I doubt you'd win. Im the bit of water surrounding somalia. Can i abandon it? ;o

Ive been told i need to post political plans for my countries to claim them. The coast of Somalia will be turned into a port city. All your navys will be allowed to pass freely with one bandana or cutlass, and can stop for rest in our country. English will be more localised then added a pirate twang. Building work will go underway to build shipyards and old style port areas, aswell as a pirate store. The coast and waters will allow anyone to pass under rules, and we plan to repopulate pirate economy. Once we have 100 ships or so, we'll start the pirate birthing program. Once this is done, we offer 55 baby pirates to america wearing coveted somalian coadt merchandisr for thd body of christopher columbus, and 56 babys to Germany to help us bring him back to life, so we can use him to find atlantis so we can start the claimed regeneration. So now i call on China for a placement of 12 submarines for 32 and a third pirate children.
