I used to skip Black Demons, but after I tried chaos tunnels and get 70+ crimsons a task my mind has changed. My block list is this: Steel Dragons; painfully slow exp, way too many "visage hunters", not enough spawns Iron Dragons; same reason as steels Wyverns; terrible drops, annoying and very slow exp Hellhounds; not bad exp, but ALWAYS crowded by clue hunters, also I don't do clues so their drops suck for me

That's a bunch of bull, why say that if you don't know what you are talking about?

I wanted a really hard cape to get so I chose slayer, and for the past couple months have been training it. Going to get 99 this week :)

I have to wonder though, before string-all the amount of experience was obscene, so wouldn't x have made it harder? I did it both ways...after the "string x" update it was slower.

Easiest cape is cooking, followed by fletching. Most overrated cape is Magic. Hardest cape to get is NOT RC, but Slayer.

I spent 111m on 99 and haven't regretted it. Mostly because I'm going for max combat level, but still it is worth it.

Everyone is different...what is deemed "serious" by one person, like someone training a skill to 99, may be truly fun for the person that is training. Some people take games more seriously than other people and still enjoy them.. It's just a matter of opinion.
