Ok, so I'm 21 days into members, i've gained over 450 levels. 12 combat levels. and i have 1.6mill. stats are in sig. i need to know the most time efficient means of making an additional 6 to 7 mill as my goal was to have full dragon by the end of the first month. given the price of lobbies i was thinking of fishing at the guild. recently got 70 fletch and 60 wc but i don't think high alching yewlongs would be decent money. anything else you guys could suggest? maybe a few levels i'm missing in other skills that would make money making go quicker?

lobbies are at 407 on ge today.. sharks are up 32% on the otherhand, compared to the lobsters 23%. at 1380 high on ge.

yeah dude i have pretty much the same stats as you.. in my first ever 2 slayer assignments i gained: 62 to 64 strength 60 to 61 hp 1 to 32 slayer 36 to 37 prayer along with at least 400k in drops

i recently had a 250k+ run at the ankous doing a slayer assignment. i'd estimate that profit would be below 50k if i had been f2p...

started slayer. already hauled at least 250k in drops over the past hour. what are these rewards i'm not yet eligible for?? doing a slayer assignment of 113 ogres. are the seed drops decent?

Alright here are my stats.. i have been a member for 2 weeks now and i've acheived a couple of short term goals (76 fishing namely) overall: 1015 att 60 def 62 str 60 hp 60 ran 35 pry 36 mag 59 cook 72 wc 59 fle 62 fish 76 fm 45 cra 48 smith 61 mine 76 herb 6 agi 26 thieve 30 rc 32 slay 2 farm 10 con 31 hunter 1 summon 6 as a side note i have: -supplies to get to lvl 70 fletching -supplies to get to 44 rune crafting -approx. 1mill cash currently working on these skills, in the meantime you guys should take a quick glance at my stats and such and let me know what to do next (if better than skilling) or after. i'm making an effort to finish some quests, at the moment i haven't done many members quests and so i am limited in my areas to train / skill. specifically wondering: -cost and quickest method of getting 57 summon -cost and quickest method of getting 32 farm -if i were to get 32 farm it would be for ranarr farming.. how many herbs are expected per harvest if patch is looked after well?? -what are the benefits of the hunter skill?? have never looked into it really. thanks for any help!

do some calculations... figure out what you want to do to get to each lvl plateau.. use the tip.it calcs and even a *gasp* pen and paper, along with what the runscape.com website cites as the price on the G.E... we don't know what you plan on building for these levels.. a lot of people could really help themselves out if they just hit up the tip.it calcs once in a while...

i like how someone said it was an unexpected problem due to jagex introducing the fire staff.... you see, the fire staff was introduced 7 years ago... i really think this would have happened earlier if that was the case

turned out to be 1.5mill after i finally sold the catch. as long as it's above average.. i'm more concerned with leveling fishing itself. the fish are really just an added bonus

Ok, so i spent the past 2 days fishing lobbies and swordies at the guild. managed to make about 1.2mill i was wondering if this was decent or am i the slowest fisher on the go. also, how much $$ would you say you make in 2 days of shark fishing.

i'm not bashing the game! i also enjoy the entire aspect of runescape, why else would i pay money to get the extra members features. but you cannot deny that there are millions of better things we could all spend that time on, hense there must be a reason other than "i like it!"... dig a little deeper.

So you have to have an excuse. It's not the most spectacular game in the world, it's a load of fun i admit but we all have our reason. our source of boredom that drives us to mindlessly click away at the screen for hours on end with little reward. I myself played back when there was one server and fewer than 5000 players. i quit a few years later and now a severe injury has left me on bed rest for a few months, alas i have nothing better to do with my day. so how about you. are you bored at work? skipping school? are you 40 years old and hoping mom brings down another pb and j sammich?

holy crap that's AFTER they added new servers. i remember the old days of one server. Which makes me way too old right now to be back at RS... that in my mind was a completely different game, i'm glad i managed to skill a bit back then.. i feel like it really has become a dirty grind fest to get the levels required to make serious cash with skills anymore. the game was a lot better back then. a lot friendlier thats for sure. when you have one server you know everyone you play with, it was like a small town rather than a gigantic metropolis it has become today. there were legitimate celebrities because of the small population, clans were ridiculous!! anyone remember messiahs?? and the few and far between updates were always so flawed and hilarious to play around with in what was actually a beta of the game we play today.

i'd have to suggest you train all combat to 20 on chickens. save the feathers. once you can trout/salmon fish, use all the feathers you collected which will easily bring you to lvl 40 fishing/cooking as i'd advise you save the cooked trouts/salmon. as previously stated they will provide food as you level further, when you reach a higher level and require better food you already conveniently have 40 fish/cook. as for money you can easily make the few 100k you need for rune armour and such through fishing lobbys and later sword/tuna (to bump that cooking up some more)

it's true, i made the mistake of joining members with combat stats lower than 60.. the skilling advantages are far better if you have around 60 in your core f2p skills.. but i've found you need well above 60 in most skills to finish the decent quests you want to do right off the bat. making money is unbelievably easy so if you're into "buying" skills it isn't too hard to fund.

With the looming PVP update, what are your thoughts on fish prices either rising to ridiculous levels or doing so for a short period of time then bottoming out. Shark prices have apparently risen a decent amount in the past few days and a lot of people are speculating it has to do with pvp . i'm freshly back at the game after not playing for years.. anyone have a better insight as to what might happen?

specifics about mining?? what to mine, where to do it, should i bank the ores to sell or smelt?? as well, the swordie exp is pretty decent, i've heard the arguements between swordie and monks, i chose swordies simply for the convenience of the fishing guild. hopefully by the end of the month i'll have a good chunk of quests under my belt. i'd rather make a nicer chunk of $$$ before that time to make the questing go a little more smoothly.

Just came back to the game after not playing for yearsss. Used to play during original RS days, account was still active for whatever reason, pretty stoked actually. Signed up for members 3 days back, I'm on bed rest due to doctors orders so i have nothing better to do but play RS once again and rekindle my wasted junior high years hahaha. here's my stats as of this evening. currently fishing swordies for $$ cooking the tuna for cooking exp. also making maple longs and high alching for the magic exp. I was wondering what levels i should be shooting for and how exactly to go about getting to a profitable level in the shortest amount of time. construction hunting and summoning haven't been touched, as well as herblore.. any and all suggestions are appreciated!! my in game name is gregory13, feel free to get at me in game i guess!
