DDS in a stake point: Well there you have it, DDS in a stake. The point of a DDS is to hit fast and high, and since you were staking I'm almost positive this guy had no defense, and that you were fighting without armor. Anyone would get owned in this situation, especially someone without armor. Rangers point: Thats how it's supposed to be. Honestly, I've heard complaints coming from all three corners of the triangle about them getting the short end of stick. Jagex may make mistakes with somethings but I think the balance of the combat triangle is their specialty. As others have said, ancient magic is designed with high level mages wreaking havoc in mind. Invest in lunar and ancient magic and you will find that you are very powerful, you just need to pick out the right opponents.

I had an alright time. We went out, killed what seemed like maybe 10 people, then went home. I didn't get backstabbed and I didn't die, I got attacked once but it was quickly handled, and I killed 2-3 people. All in all, it was a pretty boring war. Sal's is claiming we used magic and rune... funny, because we piled every magic/rune user there. ;)
