Okay let me get psychological with you. Any addiction is like an illness. Nothing can cure it in a day. Only way to cure and illness is by taking medicine. Your medicine against runescape would not be quiting, because that wont very easily happen. What you need to do is to go out more, get a girlfriend if you dont have one. Now that might have sounded like an insult but its not. When i got a girlfriend i cut down on RS so much, days went past without me even thinking of it. Cutting down will also help. Start playing less and less every week. Soon enough you will have cut your playing time down to 1hour a day, and thats perfectly normal rate. If you really WANT to quit there is always the selution of making the game uninterresting for yourself. dump EVERYTHING you have in your bank. This way you will have nothing. You will have to start over. It will be so boring you WILL quit.

Well look at it this way. While doing the quest im loosing out on atleast 400k Exp of training. Will that exp lost be made up by the speed of the scimi? And besides that, ill be doing a 6hour quest for just 3.5mil exp. ill never use it after that again... coz im poor. even more poor than a hobo :(

Well ive decided to get myself to 99STR now. About 3.5mil away from it and it should not take me long. Since i dont yet have a Dragon Scimitar im just using a Dragon Longsword. Should i get a Dragon Scimitar though? Should i do Monkey Madness? Will a rune scimitar get me that final EXP so much faster than a Longsword? Ill probably never use a Dragon Scimitar ever again after 99STR. Im not really bothered about using a Longsword but if a Scimitar will speed things up by atleast 10hours then i will get it. What do you guys think?

Well i heard aviansies can get you about 20k exp and 150k profit a hour... not sure if its 100% true though.

Well ive given up on trying to get 51Hunter. Im just no good at it. The only reason i wanted it was to fight Armoured Zombies. I figure Ankou isnt too much worse than than they are so im just going to do Ankou till i get the courage to get 51 Hunter. Ankou isnt that bad money and exp. I figure i can get about 70k EXP and 100K money a hour here with a bit of luck. Is there anywhere else though? Any were alse i can get a good amount of EXP and money using melee? And not slayer please. EDIT: Nevermind.Ankou are good enough. 220k Money a hour and 75k EXP is good enough for me :) Close Please.

If you are good at Fog, Battle robes should not take longer than a day to get, Runecrafting robes might take 2 or 3 days.

How is the exp Calculated? Say i get 100 points, how will the exp amount be determined?

I find the best FoG outfit to be Full Green D'hide with a Rune Plate in your inventory(for melee and rangers). Cant go wrong with it. If you dont believe me, check out my FoG Rating ;)
