what is the difference between PAL and the other version? PAL is the video format for Europe and Australia while NTSC is the video format for North Americans. For example if you try to play a PAL game on an NTSC Wii (or vice-versa) the game will refuse to work. It's primarily used to stop people from getting games from other regions, but there's always some type of program that bypasses the region block on gaming consoles. Yeah, it really is ridiculous. I really liked the idea of "you can't attack unless you are risking 76k in coins". But I'd also like to see a +1 PvP world.
