I agree. Dragon Scimitar requires a Quest, a long Quest. Most of the time that means it is better, because you need to work harder at it. It does hit a lot faster, and I recommend you using it. They are the same price. Good luck. :P

Make Bull Ant pouches, I think they are in the upper 30's requirement, but if they aren't, sorry. I'm not sure if its 40-49 or 30-39, but anyways. They use Gold charms to make them and also Marigolds. Sorry if this is higher then 40 summoning requirement. Good luck! :P

Bronze knives if you want, take them to rock crabs. That's all I can think of for your level because by judging level I dont think your available to Yaks, so Rock Crabs will be good for now with Bronze knives.

but what about the defence bonuses? It might be worth it.

I'd say mine iron-mithril, smelt, smith into knives then sell and repeat. I'm not sure about Herblore.

I've tried that, It says "This item cannot be used to charge headgear with scrolls." And this helm says "Helm of neitiznot (e)" so I have no clue why its not working, I have all the requirements.
