I think that a quest skill cape is more impressive become in some instances you need to have alot of high skills to complete the quests. Quest Capes ftw!!!!!!

Edit: you got it :) On topic: Still need an answer on the attack style :) A Slayer level of 56 and the Crystal chimes are required to kill these. They have two colors for them, before and after the chimes. Blue is when they can't be hit and green is when they can. These usie a sonic ranged attack, which is very harmful when you're getting teamed upon. Be sure to bring prayer/The Path of Glouphrie quest for access to sewer.
