Pretty sure Banshees drop a nice amount of Ranaars, you can also get a large amount of other higher leveled herbs from them... makes for a nice and quick money supply. edit: you'll need around 22 Slayer to be able to kill them... not hard at all.

Alright, this helped a lot everybody. I think I might take it easy with the mining for now and let myself get to 85 slowly. I don't want to overkill myself with Mining and maybe lose interest in the game all together.

How rare are these things exactly, I've seen some pretty decent hits from them in Castle Wars.

Hey there, just joined the forums a couple of minutes ago... thought this might be a pretty active forum compared to some of the other choices I had. Anyway, I'm in need of a money-making skill and I was thinking mining could be it. I've read around and have gotten mixed opinions on whether 85 Mining is really worth it, I'd like to hear what you guys have to say. I'm currently almost 77 Mining, I have the motivation to powermine myself to 85, although is it really worth it? Thanks.
