The metal you are thinking of is dilithium which I have a vein of near my lair (if you need some simply ask and give decent payment) EDIT: Depends the traps would probably have to be powered by a life crystal (which I have thankfully). EDIT2: @ earth it would depend on what it does (the mystril would be a long term investment for me to say the least though)

Heck a retinue of apprentices would very likely get slaughtered by my daemon prince.... EDIT:@Rocco get the cyan metal if an examination determines it to be mystil. I will give you 3,000 gold per bar for it.

I was thinking of making it near old exile. (if it is just a coliseum then I can do it with geomancy [though I may have to do a ritual])

I'll get to building it tomorrow (I was thinking coliseum type with different areas that would for instance have cover or none and if I trained my nature magic level there could be woods etc.). Heck if it was like the coliseum then we could charge admittance into the stands and make money from our death matches...

I would advise players to not fight each other but to rather focus on the enemies at hand (ie monsters) though I suppose I could set up an arena where people could duel...

Well it depends you can go with a melee weapon though I would advise you go with a staff if you want to go into magic (allows customization for bonuses) or if you ask nicely they may allow you to start with a pickax. On a side note you won't be able to do anything major for quite some time so don't get any ideas...

I don't see why not just fill out the form at the start (I think it is at the start) and get prepared for a slow start (relatively). Also if you want an idea of gameplay you could read the last 50 pages...

Could it be that retech essentially kicked dungeonal out of the game last round?

Best way of killing it: Pit + abyssal fire imo. Though you don't exactly have the stats for either of those right now....

Well I have a fire battle staff and arrows (magedeath/silver) that are useful against the undead. I can also do minor illusions with my dilithium armor and I should be able to cast beams up to hell-fire with aid from my battle staff. I have a daemon prince that should be useful if you forgo aoe spells. I also have 3 silver swords and a short range teleportation ring.

Retech you can have control over grim for the duration of the session.
