Retech an ICBM is an intercontinental missile that is not against the law in this game nor any treaty. It is simply a big missile that moves fast and allows me to blow up slightly more than a regular missile. EDIT: and thank you archi. I am setting up forts that hardly counts as draconian... the stated reason is that for defense from the swiss as they have lost any sense of neutrality in africa. Except that said wire may be cut.... alot. At any rate Germany is paying for the bundles of propaganda coming intact and any swiss plane dropping leaflets will be shot down with SAM's.
