Really? you are really suing in this game? The settelment is out of court and you get several hundred million dollars. The poverty? EDIT: Using poland as an example a sharp decline in food prices would lead to a loss in what is employing 16% of their total workforce.

Thing is I never publically threatend to invade nor did I invade a neutral country. (Don't blame me for your poor sanitation). The embargo was lifted and I simply inspected the goods after they got to germany. Also you have to store the goods somewhere to build up critical mass before flooding the market... pity you were selling damaged goods. (this is just an extension of economic warfare)

After the E.U. removes the trade embargo on Switzerland the German health inspectors take one look at the poisoned food and Spread the word SWITZERLAND IS SHIPPING POISONED VEGETABLES! (you can't prove it was me and as your entire stock is destroyed...) Germany also asks the Swiss government to officially apologize to the Jewish community for their attempt to use the victims of the holocaust as a political stepping stone. EDIT: Germany also asks for a public apology from Switzerland for the spread of misinformation about an incoming German attack.

Newspapers in all european nations have headlines stating "Switzerland publically declares war upon the E.U." (that was a rather bad move archi considering that I alone could easily destroy Switzerland and Lichtenstein )

Okay please explain to me how my campaign did that much damage. The German government asks the Swiss to Please not disgrace the memories of all who died in the hollocaust by using it for their own petty political gains. Furthermore it asks for any proof of the stated assasination attempt. If no proof is given this headline runs in german newspapers Swinely Swiss Caught in their own web of lies.

(rocco it's not that so much it's that he was waging economic warfare on me so I responded in kind while formulating a response) The "french" company shows a follow up add where the traders are forced at gunpoint to sell their goods in Switzerland for insanely low prices and then buy food before ending in SWITZERLAND: They pretty much hate everyone one. (I joke of course the real set up is SWITZERLAND: We hate traders to!)

Germany moves to create a large government no questions asked banking capitol where there are exorbiant intrest rates (we are talking 10-12%) and very low interest rates on loans this will be funded as I said by the german government.(everything I do I simply suggest to the E.U. and it is likely that they would agree as you essentially started economic war with them)

Germany starts a massive ad campaign from a company based in france that brings to light what the swiss were planning. It shows the traditional idyllic lifestyle of a farmer and then pans to the sight of a farm being foreclosed and an animated switzerland reaching in and grabbing it from the weeping family. The final shot on this (and the posters) is SWITZERLAND: Haters of farmers.

The E.U. Moves a embargo on any company that joins the EFTA and places a moratorium on immigration from any of those countries as well as a moratorium on any funds being moved out of those countries into the E.U.

Hadn't thought of it like that but a full embargo will really screw you over (there are other places do get industry... for instance in two years now germany. Also medical supplies and other commodities are being bought from other places)

On balance Switzerland gains 20 Billion Euros, it loses nothing. You can't buy goods from a country you have embargoed....Otherwise I could just set up companies and sell the goods like that....which would undercut you significantly. Switzerland consumes most of the food it produces...and we have Gold reserves enough to absorb the surplus our farmers may produce. Yes you cannot buy goods from a country you have embargoed so it works both ways... your major trading partners are all in the E.U. and if they started an embargo you would loose 1/2 of your money from trade (which would ammount to 100 billion lost).

(Archi Switzerland also looses approximately 100 billion dollars in lost trade...) The E.U. sets up trade agreements directly with the producers of said products. EDIT: You will also [bleep] over your own farmers with this scheme you do realize that...

On a note to paul you would have a rather large problem convincing the current thai puppet government to become part of any other country (that goes to you rocco they wouldn't suddenly sign a treaty with you that sort of thing takes time... I would say at least five years)

On a side note you forgot me and archi as well as mather from that map retech... Also as people are randomly joining with other countries I am pressuring once again a more closely related E.U. (note that when I say I I am talking about Karl Wagner who I am rping as in this game).

You are not going to get Thailand peacefully rocco and really most of those countries... I would advise starting with Bangladesh (did you do some research? ) sweeping up pakistan and then rushing into to take over burma. However by that time it would take a very large amount of man-power to breach thailands defenses.
