Sadly that is the case. EDIT: Retech I have an idea: I would give you the land [aside from quebec] in exchange for (at least until the space elevator is finished) the IAG of that land put into the space elevator (and when it get's released) the FTL institute.

Hey retech any chance that I could use fire and geomancy to create some sort of focusing circle at the top of the volcano to allow me to direct it's power?

I would be more interested in unlimited castings of one or two schools of magic (ie you choose a school [ex: healing and conjuration] or two and you can only use them unless you progress so far that you could pick up another school [ex.necromancy or some type of evocation])
