Okay then (sorry about this icu I will put the money back soon) The money given to the university of india is taken back (well most of it) and a trillion dollars in loan is given to the United States.

I can give you some cash (if mather will recover on his own using his trillion he sent to you) but it would amount to 800 billion (or so). There is another tactic (which is to let the infrastructure go to 0 take some loans and get a frickin huge infrastructure) but that would take quite some time (and leave you vulnerable)

Retech you already have an infrastructure of 0... anyways that would mean mather could not use his trillion dollars (that he spent on F-20s) for that and instead for infrastructure.
