  1. On the Champions' Challenge guide page, there is a hyperlink (Summoning Beads) which is supposed to transfer you to the bottom of the page, however it doesn't move. :wall:
  2. What To Bring: * Spade - To enter the lair. * A Light source - You don't want the bugs getting you. * Dragon halberd - Great for high hitting special attacks. * Dragon Dagger(p++) and Rune Defender - The poison damage really adds up. * Teleport Tabs - For quicker journeys to altars(can also use your home teleport). * Super Attack and Strength - Make each hit count. * Prayer Potions - You don't want to run out. I feel like this could be changed to "One Click Teleport" and list the following: Teleport Tabs, Ectophial, Elf Teleport Crystal (3 charges) and Ring of Kinship or Explorer's Ring which both provide free infinite teleports very near to a bank. Although they need to be right clicked when inventory, the teleport option comes up without having to "rub" the jewelry. Could say: * Super Attack and Strength OR Range Potions - Make each hit count. Also, for those who have it available, the Holy Wrench could be added to the list, as it is a prayer boosting item that is not wearable equipment.
  3. This is under the Mole Hunting guide: Strategy Note: Using a Spirit Terrorbird while your killing the Giant Mole is a great way to make sure your running energy dose not drop to zero. Also a combat summoning familiar can be helpful for fighting the Giant Mole, especially while fighting it solo. If you are attacking the Mole and it is attacking you, when the Mole digs away your summoning familiar will follow it for a few steps allowing you to determine the general direction to the Mole. I believe the word we are looking for is "does." [Crew Edit: This has been changed, thanks! ~ Vulxai]
  4. The clue currently reads: I FAFFY RUN Fairy Nuff (Clue requires Lost City quest.) Fairy Nuff is North of Lost City (Zanaris) bank. However, if you've started the Fairy Tale part 2 quest, get the certificate from the room north of the bank, then use Fairy Ring codes AIR, DLR, DJQ, AJS. As you can see in the photo, AFTER the completion of Fairy Tale part 3, Fairy Nuff's location is near the bank again. To update, the clue could read as follows: (Clue requires Lost City quest.) Fairy Nuff is North of the Lost City (Zanaris) bank BEFORE you start Fairy Tale Part 2, and AFTER the completion of Fairy Tale Part 3. She may either be in a house or flying freely near the plants. If you've started the Fairy Tale part 2 quest, get Fairy Nuff's Certificate from the room near the bank (if you don't already have it,) then use Fairy Ring codes AIR, DLR, DJQ, AJS to find her.
  5. I have been getting a lot of Clue Scrolls lately, and I'm starting to notice several of the coordinates pictures are slightly out of date graphics wise (the areas look a bit different,) so I thought I'd submit a few to update. Please feel free to crop them accordingly if they are too large. Hopefully these are helpful to other Treasure seekers. Coordinates: 08.03 North 31.16 East Coordinates: 04.13 North 12.45 East (Crandor) If used, credit to hotdogcore on Treasure trails page, please. :) P.S. I took a look around and I didn't see any forums pertaining to Treasure Trails specifically, but if there's a more appropriate thread to post this sort of thing on, please let me know. :)
  6. Extra coal to make Elemental bars, which after the quest can be made into a Body Helmet and Shield Each Item costs 1 Body bar to make. In order to make these items you MUST HAVE in your inventory: Slashed Book from the Seer's House across from the Anvils for the shield, and Book of the Elemental Helm from Elemental Workshop 2 for the Helmet. Also, a side note that the shield, helmet and body together give a total bonus of:
  7. I keep getting a message that says "Nothing interesting happens, maybe if it were powered first." My center pillar is lowered, I don't know what else to do. Never mind. I fixed it. I don't know how, but it works now.
  8. This dungeon is accessible during and after the Horror From The Deep quest. Chalk full of Dagannoths, this area is an excellent place to train melee if you don't mind the walk. The Dagannoths are very aggressive and the area is multi-combat so beware. The smaller Dagannoths attack only through ranged spined barbs and the larger ones attack with their teeth in a melee fashion. The Mother Dagannoth can only be killed during the quest. It should be Chock-full, not chalk. Crew Edit: Thank you! This has been corrected. ~Juhniz
  9. While it is not vital to the skill, I think it's worth mentioning, as it just happened to me. If you're planning on letting your members account lapse, be sure to "unbind" any items you have before doing so. Otherwise the item will be bound to you, and you're stuck with no way to destroy it. The members item doesn't show up in your inventory, you only get a message stating you already have a bound item.
  10. I submitted a correction to the Elf Warrior lvl 108, and I of course forgot to put my name in the list. If the correction is put into place, and someone sees this, can you please add my name to the list? The correction was regarding the Teleport Crystals being dropped as not only a Tiny Elf Crystal, but also as a Teleport Crystal (1) Thank you.
  11. Not only are no charges consumed by using the crystal saw, but you get DOUBLE xp for using it.
  12. http://forum.tip.it/topic/236257-waterbirth-island-dungeon-correction/page__fromsearch__1 In this thread, it states that the corrections have been added to the site, but they have not. Neither correction posted has been added. I'm just wondering why?
  13. In step 2 of the quest, it says the following: I think it should be clarified that the "high level" Mourners are the ones who are down through the trap door in the Mourner's HQ. I had trouble finding them at first. They are level 108, and carry a crystal pike like the elf warriors.
  14. I do know that it's meant specifically for the raw materials, but I do think it's beneficial to know that they drop SOMETHING. Ivy isn't a tree, so some may not be aware that it drops nests. Due to the new update, the higher level woodcutters may have decided to use the lumber yard mini game, and not know that the ivy is beneficial in it's own way. From what I can tell, and have read up on, the lumber yard is more experience per hour, however you gain nothing but experience. The Ivy is great experience, and also drops the nests, which makes it worth more to some. If not changing the entry, possibly just an asterisk with a note underneath would let players know.
  15. "Earns fast experience points. Cutting it does not produce items. It grows on city walls:" Cutting the Ivy DOES produce bird's nests, just like trees. :) I just thought this should be mentioned, since you don't get any raw materials, and also because I've gotten several nests in rather quick succession containing seeds from Acorn to Palm Tree and one containing a Zamorak Egg. It *seems* to drop nests at a slightly faster rate than all other trees. Possibly because there is no raw material acquired? I was wearing a rabbit's foot amulet. More investigation may be warranted.
  16. I have actually had better luck by clicking on the rabbits. If I "use" my ogleroot on a rabbit, it doesn't do anything for me, and the rabbit eats my seeds. I definitely think this should be the method used, rather than "using" on a rabbit.
  17. As most already know, after completing certain portions of While Guthix Sleeps, Duradel is no longer available to use. He is replaced by Lapalok, and the Karamja Diary entry is changed:
  18. This is just minor, but at the top of the page it reads: "The entrance to this dungeon is located on the inner curve of the crescent moon shaped Waterbirth Island. The island is accessible only by boat from Rellekka's most southwest dock. Talk with Jarvald." This is not true as the level 72 lunar magic Waterbirth island teleport, or group teleport will lead you there as well. It may in fact be beneficial for one group member to be on lunar magics so they can cure poisons for the group, and should things get (more) dangerous, group tele everyone out, and they will end up in the same place, should they wish to try again.
  19. Today on W99 the spirit tree said: Close to the town you call "Seers." I notice that is not on the list. The location of the tree was inside McGruber's Woods. This is the first time I've had this particular statement, so that is the only location I know of so far. Just thought it should be added, as it is different than other messages for Seers village. \ Also, a suggestion: Selling Kindling for 25g is fine, but a better option is to save the kindling for the next tree. This is helpful especially in the case of higher level trees where you want to avoid cutting the roots if you can, because of better xp and also to try and get 100% as fast as possible due to the massive amounts of players (usually from clans....) that swarm the higher level trees. [pokemama edit: yikes on clue, lol. we will need to watch for other locations that fall under this clue. I wonder if it replaces a different one (like "north of Ardy" and "close to Legends" which were both pretty silly for mcgrubor's. Link to guide for my own handy reference http://tip.it/runescape/?page=evil_tree.htm#locations ]
  20. Now is the rest function dependent on your agility also? Has anyone tested that? Or is it definitely not something that affects the time?
  21. Yeah I went straight out after the update was released and made a few of them. How many have you had in your inventory so far? I've had 10 and been able to use all of them at once. I am betting you can probably do a whole inventory of them and fill them all up.
  22. Hey, I created a thread on this earlier, maybe you should add on to mine rather than a new one? :) Also, The net holds 10 seaweed, not just 5.
  23. With the new update today, there will obviously be a correction/update being made. Here are my observations having already created/tested a seaweed net. *Seaweed nets can be sold, but unfinished nets are not able to be traded/sold. *Seaweed nets can not be traded to a familliar if they are full, however they can be stored with one if they are empty. (Tested on spirit Terror bird only.) *If you have any seaweed nets in your inventory (with space in them) and you buy seaweed from Arhein, he will fill them with the seaweed you buy from him. *You may have several nets in your inventory at once and fill them all. (So far I have had about 10 that I've filled) *** Update*** I have now held 26 full nets in my inventory at once. (Two randomly broke while filling.) *They will hold up to 10 pieces of seaweed each. *To create the net, you do not need to use a spinning wheel with the flax. Simply take the flax to a loom (in multiples of 5) and weave it. *Alching a net with seaweed will render no cash. It is unknown to me at this time whether the nets will disintegrate/become damaged (such as a rune crafting pouch.) ***Update*** according to SerpentEye in their own thread, the nets do break randomly. A second update came shortly after this, most likely to fix anything from the first update. A player reported that after the second update when they logged in, they found their finished seaweed nets which had been in their inventory, had disappeared.
  24. H7 High Alch a magic shortbow in the Seers' Village bank. None 55 Magic, Magic shortbow, Nature rune, 5 Fire runes Standing in the bank, cast the normal spellbook High Alchemy spell on a magic shortbow. Suggested add on for this task: The shortbow can NOT be in noted form for this task.
