how are you getting hit? if you run to an opening and click it all attacks should be temporarily not effective? fyi: i wear no armour and have a lower defence level than you.

try it out yourself... personally, i get average 50k per run, as i use no pray potions or runes.

epic thread :thumbsup: even if you do use the library computer, your not 100% guna get the cape. and... dont get worked up about it, :ohnoes: the more you do, the more the fight caves will seem like an epic mission which can only be attempted once a year. do it on your home computer, hope it doesnt lag, and even if it does, if your using smart equipment, each run will take you a minimalistic 200k? im sure you can make that back straight after one run. and have fun doing it! its a mini-'game' :lol:

the colour of the robes does not matter no. although it is not adviced to buy the hat, or better yet, any of the clothes. the points are better spent on tabs :)

theres a perfectly viable guide on AOW. If your having troubles on the healers, ask for help from your friends who have done it since the updated jad, as they are the only ones who will have first hand experience. you may complete the fight caves in one go, you may not. as for me i am on attempt number 5, and ive found that practise is actually easier than reading a guide over and over again. peace.

can you 360 flip regular? in your case it would either be a nollie tre, or switch tre. its the same movement, but in switch. good luck
