    Theres no way that there will ever be a "universal best" :shame: and if Jagex makes one the drop rate has to be like .00001/234,567,234,798,263 and sell price be like 2173m otherwise there will probably never be one. :shock:

    I agree, but there much cheaper alternatives to a whip :mrgreen: But if you can't afford a whip thats pretty sad, if you can wield it its only like 1m... :wall:
