We've had quite a few questions about this, so to let you know what the score is we thought we'd give you a brief run down of what's been going on, what our future plans are and how fansites who may want to get involved can go about making contact. What's been going on? Our aim is to identify dedicated, helpful fansites, and offer them whatever support we can to help them build their communities. We also really want to hear about what fansites and players want from Jagex, and importantly, what ideas they have about our games. Here are just a few things that we might look for from fansites wed like to talk to: - A friendly, fun, helpful atmosphere - Encouraging of constructive discussion - Encourages players to get involved with the community (ie, by running events or contests) - Encouraging of fair play and following the rules of the game - Strong desire to give Jagex constructive feedback on things they dont like, as well as things they like Obviously fansites are all different, and some may offer things that others dont thats not a problem and we wont be striking somebody off the list just because they arent big on events or forum discussion, as long as its clear theyre making a real effort to support players. So far we've been in touch with several pretty big fansites, and although it's still early days we're pleased to say things are going well right now. We don't want to go into too much detail about who we've been talking to and what we've been talking about, as we really don't want to cause any ill-feeling amongst fansites who we haven't yet contacted. We will be reaching out to more as time goes on, as discussed later in this post. Future Plans? This really is just the start. We want to start small with just a handful of fansites to see how the process could work, and to see the kind of things we could start supporting fansites with. Over time, while continuing to look for new ways to support the fansites we're already talking to, we'll also look at contacting other fansites who've shown they are dedicated to helping the community. This won't be limited to English speaking RuneScape sites - indeed we'll start reaching out to other languages (such as German, French, Dutch, Finnish and Portuguese), and fansites who offer support with our other products (ie FunOrb). How do I get my fansite involved? We already have Jmods looking out for new fansites and if you're involved with a fansite which offers great support to the RS (or indeed FunOrb) community then chances are we'll already have you on our radar. Saying that, we want to make sure we aren't missing anybody. So, with that in mind, we've created a thread in the Contact Us forum called Recommend a fansite. Anything posted in this thread will be automatically hidden, so youre welcome to post the name/URL of your fansite here for us to check out. Please don't mistake this to mean we'll be in touch with you straight away - this will take time and we can't get in touch with everyone at the same time (that'd just be scary). Suffice to say, if you let us know about your site then we will bear you in mind and if we feel your site has what it takes, then we'll be in touch when the time's right. Well leave this thread open to let you ask any questions you might have. I've also reserved the next post, and after a while we'll have an FAQ put together and posted there. If you think a fansite is doing it right, whether you're the owner, a member of staff or a community member, you can let us know. How much information should we include when we post in the Recommend a fansite thread? As much or as little as you like! Some basic information would be great, but we're equally happy with just a name and URL. Should we let you know about fansites which we don't think you should contact? There's no need to worry about that. Just let us know about the fansites you feel are dedicated to helping the community and we'll do the rest. Is the age/size of a fansite important? As long as a fansite is dedicated to helping the RS/FunOrb community then age/size shouldn't be an issue.

Umm you need to do the quest Rocking Out to use this deposit box and the house portal has been there since construction.... Tbh jagex updates every main town except Falador so i think Fally needs an update maybe a Chapel?
