To be honest, the same thing happened to me, I had a good friend that I also felt attracted to, but I did not want to risk our friendship. But the best opinion I can think of, is talk to her about it, if you guys are really best friends, I'm sure she will understand. And if things don't work out, hopefully you guys can still be best friends...:)
