what one would you chose because i dont know if i should get the normal one or the one that is cosmetic and helps with rcing (you need 50 rcing to get it)

the funny thing though is that rune sets have dropped by about 100k in the last year lol. this sucks for me i have all my money in armour and weapons and havnt had any spare to invest in rune sets
