    its technically northwest of the tele spot, but its a stupidly long way around to actually get inside (why couldnt they have built the door on the east of the building?) and i think only the lletya clothes shop sells dyes. bring a beast of burden with u for more dyes :D

    yes get a decent prayer level like 70 so u can bless gravestones and so it lasts longer
