Lol. Good luck? Idk I try and stay away from the drama the top 10 + nh clans produce.

I would join one ultimatly first. If you don't have good experience in being a member then your clan will lack the correct leadership. I'd just sit back and enjoy it and try and be as helpful as possible. If you get ranked then you're.. A. Gaining tons of knowledge and it's showing B. Get to see more behind the scenes which could help give you ideas on how a clan is run C. You gain respect/ a name for yourself? With out too many people knowing you, or having no clanning experience people will doubt you and may not join. Once you have knowledge I would start making your base of members out of friends. Then aim to have them recruit atleast one of their friends to join. I'd set up the following as well: -Forums -Memberlist -IRC -Audio [ Teamspeak or Ventrilo ] -Graphics From there I'd start making some structure and rules / application process etc. Clans go wrong and allow multiclanning. Sure they may become good but at a certain point you will kick them due to being flamed/bugged about it etc. Plus they aren't the most loyal members and would easily leave if you slumped. Or they may just miss events due to their 'main' clan. You'll obviously need help and should have some more respectable, honnest, helpful people. Have some one in charge of apps, or getting wars, or leading the wars. From there you'll want to do some matched opts fights and see where you're at. Eventually you will switch to +/- fights, Full out, CWRI/PKRI. It's a lot harder than you think to run and manage a successful clan. So if you do plan on making one I hope you're ready to dedicate tons of hours, and be willing to learn some new stuff about being organized/managing stuff. People will be troublesome etc and you have to have everyone on same page. Good Luck.

P2p CWA - 1 yr give or take a few months F2p CWA - 4-5 Months F2p Pvp Since August - Since joining clans, how do you feel you have changed? eg: maturity, humour, knowledge etc I play less scape, have better friends, Mature at times but also troll/humerous too? - Who or what clan, if any would you say caused these changes? Illusion - Has any of these changes carried over into real life, if so, how? Time Management a bit? I think it's other way around, RL stuff have caused me to be more mature at times or more professional? - If you could start over clanning again, what would you do differently? Started in pvp or overall get into it earlier. - Do you have any goal or ambition to do with clanning, if so, what? Be Helpful as much as possible. - Do you have any regrets? Not joining Illusion sooner, Not being able to step up and take over or motivate people to stick it through.
