After the next couple weeks are over, things will really start to slow down with school, and then I should have more time for 95 Prayer. :)

Thanks for the support! :D I don't really expect college to be easier than high school. However, I am hoping that I'll be studying more things I'm interested in at college (more math + science, less English lol). On a side note: Last night my IRL friend got 99 strength! While he kind of ran away a bit to level on a spider (observe fail levelling pic): We at least got a cool pic later on (he's the one in front, I'm on the left): :P

I just looked at the Tip.It guide for GOP, and I found out that 22 tabs is just the max reward divided by the cost of blood tabs :P How long does each altar usually take? (Or if you don't know, how long does each full game take?)

I found the screenshots for my level logs that were on my laptop and uploaded them. The level logs now include all levels from my start points up to the levels I have now. :thumbsup: I am slowly moving along with Prayer. With AP testing coming up next week, though, my teachers have been trying to fit in as much as they can. Things should hopefully slow down after I'm done with those tests, which means Prayer experience should hopefully speed up. :lol:

22 Blood tokens per game? Wow, that's much faster than I was expecting. I was expecting the answer to be along the lines of "X games per Blood token." :blink: That just made me much more likely to try GOP next time I want to RC :thumbsup:

That is an interesting point. However, it turns out that Dragon Bones are nearly twice the cost per experience of Big Bones. Where the real issue comes in, is whether the extra time Big Bones takes would pay for the extra cost of the Dragon Bones. Based on the prices when I was first looking into 99 Prayer (which are very similar to current prices), I would need to make 700k / hour to pay for the Dragon Bones cost. Honestly, if I had the money to do so, I would probably be getting 95 with Dragon Bones, and trying to make it up after with the extra time. I can only afford 92 Prayer with Dragon Bones right now though (after sinking 60m+ in herblore :blink: ).

Good luck with your goal. Runecrafting is my favorite cape :thumbsup: (and one I'll never get lol) How quickly can you get those blood tablets by the way?

Herblore was actually really fast compared to prayer (twice the xp per hour), which is probably why I was able to complete it in a relatively short time frame. I'm doing prayer and dungeoneering at the same time right now, which is good in that I get breaks, but bad in that the Prayer just takes even longer... :blink: Soon I think I'll switch over to just Prayer, and hopefully complete that in the next couple months. I can't be sure how long it will actually take, because of school, but I know I have about 100 hours of focused Prayer training left. Bulwark Beast hits hard when you don't wear armor :angry:

Today I finally get back to Prayer! I just finished my english essay so hopefully now I'm done with major assignments for a little while. Goooooooo Prayer! :thumbsup: My Rune Guardian joins me in my Prayer training. My other pets keep their distance...

I propose that school gets put on hold when you have an RS goal you are trying to accomplish. Between a research paper in both english and european history I have had very little time this week to get on. As a result I have not even begun getting back to Prayer. I finished my history essay last night, and my english one is due tomorrow, so hopefully on Friday I can get some time in. These 111k Big Bones left aren't going to get done if I'm playing 0 hours per week :wall:

I got 85 Herblore today. I also then went to Port Sarim and turned my Overgrown Cat into a Wily Cat, and collected about 50 doses of Brown Spice. Time to start making some extremes! I've got 66 Extreme Strengths (4) and 62 Extreme Attacks (4) :thumbsup: It's going to be nice to get back to Prayer, even though the experience is much slower lol. 111k big bones left :shock: A side note: I grew my Guthix Raptor, a kitten, and almost finished growing a Saradomin Owl while doing Herblore. Too bad I won't be bringing pets with me doing Prayer... I need my War Tortoise.

I am now back from vacation! While it was much warmer in South Carolina, and spending part of each day at the beach was nice, it's still nice to be home. My room had free Wi-Fi, so I actually did manage to get some Herblore done at night. I have achieved my initial goal of 84 Herblore and am now working on 85. After that, I will go back to Prayer and hopefully finish up getting 95. :thumbsup: Only a little over 100 hours of Big Bones left and I'll have both 85 Herblore and 95 Prayer. Then it's time for some GWD, and hopefully, making back some of the money I just burned :blink:

Yesterday I finally got back to training. I got up to 78 Herblore, and did over 3k Super Attack potions. I'm not going to be on much at all for the next week though, so that's definitely going to hurt my progress. I'll have plent of fun at the beach though :thumbsup:

As I predicted, yesterday I did not get on RS at all. I've been working on this electric motor for the past three days. Yesterday we had one running very well, but it then suddenly stopped working. We looked for any issues, and could not identify the source of the malfunction, so we started over. The next model, while nearly identical to the working one, did not work at all. Isn't it great when you understand how something should work, and then it just doesn't? :wall: :wall: :wall: I don't really remember what I'm doing today, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get on RS. Hopefully I can, so I can start getting back on track with my goals, which I've kind of fallen behind on. :-(

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't updated my blog yet today. I just got home. I didn't go on RuneScape at all today, so there's no new progress on my goals. Tomorrow is looking to be busy as well, so it may be another "no progress" day. :sad:

Currently doing some more Herblore. I'm going to my friend's house later to build an electric motor for physics class, so we'll have to see just how much Herblore I can get in today. I just realized I should probably add my Herblore progress to the first post, as it currently only keeps track of my Prayer progress.

Well, I got that herblore level I was hoping for :thumbsup: Not a lot of progress today, but at least I made some. Be back tomorrow.

Don't you just love essays for school? No Prayer progress today... Maybe I'll get in a little Herblore when I'm done writing. I'm only 30k to level.

Yeah, I think the herblore is probably going to be a better initial investment than the extra 4 Prayer levels. Gogo trading 80k Big bones for ~20k Super Attack potions :thumbsup: At least it'll put a little variety into my training right? Progress Update: 8.5k Big bones and 3k Super Attack potions done last night. Staying over your friend's house and not going to sleep until 4am FTW. lol

Today I considered a new possibility. I am now thinking over diverting the 50m cost of 95 to 99 Prayer into Herblore instead. This would get me 83 or 84 Herblore, at which point I could make Special Restore potions and Extremes (with stews). While this option lacks the coolness of 99 Prayer, it would be much more beneficial for GWD and anywhere else I may want to boost my stats as high as possible. Any opinions?

While I'm sure some styles of gameplay allow for far more profit than 700k/hour, those don't tend to be the ones I enjoy. Looking at your three suggested methods of making money, the only one I've ever done (besides a couple dailies shortly after unlocking them) is herb runs, and when I was doing that it was more for experience. In general, my profits/hour are quite a bit lower than 700k.
