1. While I see your point, account sharing does one other thing. If you have 2 or 3 people playing an account it gives that account a huge advantage over other accounts with only 1 owner, as far as the ability to train is concerned. There would be no way for me to compete with an account that has twice as much available time to train. As others have mentioned about the Firecapes, it can also let someone do something for an account that its original owner might not have been able to. Account sharing can give an unfair advantage. Not unfair if everyone can do it. Also it's unfair that a middle school child can play 8 hours a day, while I can only play a few because of studies. Do you see me complaining? e: NO, I don't complain, because it doesn't matter if you're better than me. Haha, good point about it not being unfair if everyone can do it. I was still thinking about it from the point of today's rules, but combining it with no longer being against the rules... yeah... Also, I hope I didn't come across as complaining. I was just trying to put my idea into the debate. I know plenty of people who account share, and I have been asked plenty of times if I could do something for a friend in exchange for them doing something on my account (e.g. a quest traded for some skilling). I don't whine about these friends being unfair, although I have made fun of the occasional one for not getting his own firecape :P I would simply rather have my accomplishments be my accomplishments, and not someone else's, so I personally don't account share. EDIT: I forgot to say it the first time. I liked the first article and thought it was a good topic. I had actually heard of all of the bugs in the second article, but it was still interesting. The mechanics behind the Falador Massacre were explained differently in the article than what I had heard before this.

3. Under the Daily section, under Achievement Diaries, the Pineapple reward is listed as "40 free," while the Flax reward is simply listed as "30/60/120." Battlestaves are also listed as "16/32/64," the same way the Flax is listed. The difference is though, that the Flax is free while the Battlestaves must be bought. A note should be added to these clarifying the difference, so that it is clear that Flax is "30 free," while Battlestaves are "16 bought."
4. I think the bigger issue here is not the possible ability to abuse the bug, but the fact that this shouldn't be happening at all. It is a bug whether it is heavily abusable or not, and should be brought up so that it can be fixed.
5. I have never experienced this problem, as I am on the Modern Spellbook most of the time. However, I have heard other people complain about this.
6. I found a Frost Dragon, so I took some pics. I don't know if you already have them or are getting them, but I'll just post them all lol.
7. More Combat levels and a drop...
Skeleton (Melee): Level 154 Skeleton (Mage): Level 135 Giant Skeleton: Level 113 Hill Giant: Level 88 Level 108 Hobgoblin: Gorgonite Spear Also, the Dungeoneering Bestiary currently says that Frost Dragons drop "Dragon Bones." This is not true, they drop "Frost Dragon Bones." Added. Thanks so much! ~Diesel
8. Some more combat levels and drops:
Hobgoblin: Level 116 Katagon Spear For some reason I though I had another new combat level, but I guess not lol :P Added and credited thanks ~Howlin~
9. I just fought Hobgoblin Geomancer and he definitely healed when disabling my prayers. I witnessed it multiple times and payed close attention to his health bar. It only went up when he used his prayer disabling spell if you were using prayer.
10. So you're saying that his attack that disables your prayers also heals him? I'll have to look for that next time I get him as a boss.
11. I think we see quite a few articles attempting to do just what your final paragraph suggests. Unfortunately, even these types of articles are not guaranteed to be interesting. Sometimes there is not enough information to satisfactorily analyze an update, and sometimes it is so obvious what will happen as a result of an update that an article with a successful analysis still seems like a rehashing. I generally enjoy reading the Times, although I will say that some articles are certainly better than others, and some are not exactly thought-provoking or original. Overall, I look forward to each new Times release and even when the articles are not enthralling, controversial, or profound, I rarely end up so bored that I would say I had to force myself to finish the article. As far as expanding the time between articles is concerned, even this may not provide the result desired by those asking for it. If you consistently do not even find the topic interesting, expanding the writing period is likely to have little to no effect on your opinion. While sometimes that extra time may spawn an interesting idea, it is very possible that idea would have been used in an article with the old time frames anyway, just with a less interesting article released the week prior, instead of no article. As I stated before, I usually like the articles, so I would be kind of disappointed if I had to wait two weeks or a month between articles :|
12.
It is definitely true. The fact you mention, that it's actually nowhere stated caused a lot of discussion as a lot of spear users thought they could still use berserker and wasted their tokens on it. That was even made worse as Mod Mark H "confirmed" it works without aggressive stance, he concluded that from the KB formulation. However, JMods rolled back after that, said they made a mistake and cleared that it only works in aggressive stance. Thank you =]
13. Are we sure about the DYK? I know for Tactician you have to be using accurate stance, but is the same true for Berserker and aggressive stance? The RuneScape KB, the in-game description, and even Tip.it's guides all say nothing about having to use aggressive stance to get the bonus strength levels. I have not tested it to try to find out for myself, and although I did notice that I was hitting higher when using aggressive than accurate, this is also just a normal byproduct of aggressive stance. Essentially, I'm not saying the DYK is wrong, I'm just wondering how it was discovered.
14. Tip.It can confirm this for you. It's already in his drop table :P
15. The guide currently has Iron Dragons as using fire breath and melee only. I just fought one though, and it used another attack (I'm guessing it was mage, but it could have been range). This third attack did not result in the standard "Your shield absorbs most of the dragon's fiery breath" and still did damage even though I was praying melee, seeming to indicate it was neither one of those attack styles. I don't have a picture of it, but it was light-blue in color, and flew out of the dragons mouth using a different animation than fire breath does. Has anyone else seen this?
16. Maybe it's not even a bug, but the way you're supposed to proceed...especially if the "required" level is that far above 99. It could be that the developers reasoned that players would have to figure that part into the puzzle. I'm leaning more towards this being unintentional. These dungeons are randomized, which is why it is so rare for you to get two of the same puzzle like this with one so high and another you can do. Because they are randomized, it would be very strange for the developers to have said, "maybe they'll get a lower level room of the same puzzle they can use." I suppose they could have specifically written the code to include this scenario every once in a while, but it just seems like a very oddly specific instance for them to have included it on purpose, with the sole idea in mind being that the player would do what the OP did.
17. More combat levels and drops: Animated Pickaxe: 116 Promethium Pickaxe, Herb, Stegoleather torn bag Zombie: 152 (not a new combat level) Promethium Hatchet Ice Elemental: 186
18.
Unholy Cursebearer: 169 Bulwark Beast: 169 Icy Bones: 258 Hydra: 132 Brute: 154 The brute also dropped a Promethium (Tier 10) Maul. [No pic] Added and credited for the levels. Thanks! ~Diesel
19. Yes melee does work in that sense. My only question is, do spears act the same as halberds, in the sense that you can continuously attack her while on the plinth without getting knocked back? Unfortunately, I already did the quest, so I cannot check.
20. Do spears even work? I was under the impression that spears were only 1-space weapons, unlike halberds. Do they act like a 2-space weapon in this quest or am I completely wrong about their range? I realize it says a spear works in the quest guide, but I still thought spears did not reach 2 spaces.
21. Is it possible that your original file is a small picture? I just tried uploading to photobucket to test it, and my pictures uploaded significantly larger than that. How are you taking the picture?
22. [hide=Done]All of the following were on second "Abandoned" floors. A new combat level for... Skeleton (ranger): 136 Zombie: 3, 152 Shadow-forger Ihlakhizan: 146 Animated Pickaxe: 103
[/hide] Thanks again! ~George
23. I noticed while fighting Stomp that the rocks he throws at you with his left hand, that hit through your prayer (Protect from Ranged cuts the damage in half however) are also responsible for destroying the debris that fell from the ceiling. These rocks can also be dodged (by running a couple steps to the side) to avoid the damage and have them carry on destroying boulders behind you. Even if you do not dodge them, they will still destroy nearby boulders. Rocks thrown slowly from left hand: -Always hit for the same amount of damage (might vary based on bosses level though) -Hit through Prayer; Protect from Ranged cuts damage in half (damage went from 247 to 123 against level 104 Stomp) -Can be dodged by sidestepping a couple steps -Will destroy some fallen debris whether they hit you or you dodge them
Not a big deal, but I noticed my name was spelled wrong right in the dungeoneering bestiary credits ~Sorry, fixed.
24. [hide] I personally have never seen a hydra use a dart; though I know icefiends do. If you or anyone else could provide a picture of this, that'd be great. I just fought a hydra (level 33 if it matters) while dungeoneering. I tried both Deflect Magic and Deflect Range, and against neither curse did the hydra use a blue dart. The only attack it used against me was the red ball. EDIT: I just fought another Hydra, still with no blue darts. Here is a picture of Deflect Range "deflecting" against the hydra, which I believe shows that it uses a ranged attack. When using Deflect Magic, the "deflect" emote never happened. Some combat levels: Ice Troll: 148 (medium dungeon duo if it matters) [No Pic] Ice Troll: 122 Some more drops for Thrower Trolls: Sorry if I'm just kind of spamming stuff onto this thread. Just trying to provide any new info as it comes in =/ EDIT: The new drops # Gold: # 100%: # Weapon/Armour and Runes/Arrows: Novite Dagger, Bathus Dagger # Resources: Novite ore, Fractite ore, # Food: Giant Flatfish # Misc: Tyrannolether torn bag, Herb # Tools: # Charms/Seeds: Blue And some drops for Ice Elementals: The new drops: # Gold: 92 # 100%: # Weapon/Armour and Runes/Arrows: Earth (12), Death (7) # Resources: Roseblood, Novite ore, Rune essence (19) # Food: # Misc: # Tools: # Charms/Seeds: Crimson EDIT: I just killed an Ice Giant (Level 86) and got only 198 coins, which is much lower than the minimum number in the guide right now. Some To'Kash the bloodchiller pics. I noticed he wasn't in the guide. I couldn't really figure out how to get rid of everything except the boss and still have the picture look good. [/hide] Thanks for all the data! I've edited the guide and credited you. As for the To'Kash pictures, we have a couple of larger pictures waiting to be uploaded. ~Georgelemmons
25. I have to disagree about always using prayer at waterfiends. I have camped waterfiends many times without using prayer. I see other people there not using prayer as well. However, for people who will be using prayer, then yes, Soul Wars cape is probably the best option.
