  3. Red Salamanders arent good xp at any level now, because they moved the 4th trap far away from the other 3. Ive heard that orange salamanders are the fastest to 70 now, but dont quote me on it...
  4. Look up Ellebreyals.
  5. So it is the full version, just without the box and manual and stuff? The cd is no different than the one that comes in the box? Also, is there only one product key on it that you can use, so like only one computer can download it?
  6. Still need the question answered-what is OEM and will it work with Boot Camp
  7. Sloter - That brings up a whole new topic ill make later, im thinking about selling this macbook, and either buying a macbook pro, building a computer or buying a different one, but thats for another day
  8. The newegg SP3 looks good to me - But I still dont know what OEM is and if it will work for bootcamp, because in the setup guide it says its not recommended to use OEM. And I'm just having my friend mail me the cd, so the drivers arent a problem now.
  9. K thank you, I just dont really know what drivers are haha
  10. I got XP installed on my mac \, but there are no programs or anything at all on it, not even a program that will let me connect to a wifi. The desktop is completely empty except the recycle bin. In the setup guide for bootcamp, it says after you install xp you have to put in the Mac OS X disc to install other drivers, but I wont be able to do that as my installation cd for Mac is halfway across the country. After I install that CD again, will it be back to normal and ill be able to connect to a network and stuff?
  11. First I had a Dell, that all I remember about it, I had it from when I was 12-14 or something. I liked it, but I was only 12 then and was clueless (though I havent learned much :-# ). Last year I bought a Toshiba Satellite A205, and it worked pretty well, although just a bit slow. Now I bought a macbook in february, and I love it.
  12. Found a good website that is selling it, but it is also an OEM version and I dont know what that means. But on the website, it says it will work with Bootcamp, so that is good. Can someone tell me if it is good? http://www.royaldiscount.com/miwixphofuve.html
  13. Yes, I wont be buying it from there. So where can I get it then? I found this on Newegg, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116511&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Software+-+Operating+Systems-_-Microsoft-_-32116511 But it says for system builders, and OEM, what do those mean? Will it work with bootcamp?
  14. I cant do that because I need a CD, I cant just download it because you need the CD for bootcamp. Old Joe found this- http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/cdsfu.com Dont think Ill be buying this one. New question - Where can I buy Xp, preferably a genuine one?
  15. I made this topic in the Help&Advice and they told me it belonged here so I made this post, then a mod moved it so now there are 2 of the same topic... So I guess this one can be locked? Thank you for the reply, I'll pass on this one then.
  16. I made a different post in Tech and Computers before it was moved, so now there are 2... I dont know when the sale for it ends.
  17. Will it work the same as a genuine OS, like will it crash all the time or give me viruses or something? This is in the description of it on the website-
  18. So I shouldn't get it then?
  19. I have a Macbook, and I need to run BootCamp for some windows OS programs, most notably Oblivion. I do not want to spend $300 on Vista, so I am buying XP. http://www.royaldiscount.com/miwixphofuve.html Is this a good place to buy it from? It says it works with boot camp, and I think it is a good site, but it says it is an OEM version, and I dont know what that means. It says it will work with bootcamp. Can someone tell me if it will? EDIT: I got XP installed on my mac \, but there are no programs or anything at all on it, not even a program that will let me connect to a wifi. The desktop is completely empty except the recycle bin. 20. I have a Macbook, and I need to run BootCamp for some windows OS programs, most notably Oblivion. I do not want to spend $300 on Vista, so I am buying XP. I found this really good deal online, but I dont know if it legitimate. Also, it says that it is not for a mac, but I am pretty sure it will work on boot camp. Here is the link http://www.cdsfu.com/index.php?productID=151 Please hurry and reply, as it is a one day sale.
  21. Aren't orange salamanders better than red at any level now, because they moved the fourth red salamander trap far away from the others? I've heard to do orange salamanders all the way to 63
  22. Audi R8 =P~
  23. Start in the bank, run to the obelisk, then glory/ancient tele back to bank would be the fastest I believe.
