Hegemony Argument Thread
[hide] [/hide] ........ Anyway, Ross you did not do that you attacked me straight away but Dusty defended me - you only started discussing after your second attack. Now, you didn't and couldn't do anything - Dusty had to. And don't talk to me about logic, Mr Phlebontium. Also, Dustys right - you couldn't keep defence forever - the best defence is offence.

Hegemony Argument Thread
So did I. And you pretty much attacked me after a day.

Rainy, we are all nostalgic so we all talk about it. Ross - You attacked me nearly instantly there were no 'pages of advice' you simply attacked me for no reason. I attacked you for no reason apart from the fact that in every other hegemony you had attacked me - so don't tell me I was wrong ok?

Hmmm... Ross, you have any statement saying your not a hypocrite or was your absense a hope of discussion change? If you give one person power over everything then things become ridiculous, it's just dangerous. The NWO was like a big metal box with guns sticking out of it; it wasn't clever/diplomatic it was just a big metal block with weapons.

Your an exeption because you had started at an early time and none of them attacked you until later.

The Terran foundation was the lesser of two evils because Ross wasn't in it. The NWO was powerful - so is the acidic sentient dust cloud that can't be killed but can melt anything it it's path. The NWO failed because it was so god damn untactical and you could've taken most of them out anyway.

I'm not sure If you were there for the feet hegemony but due to the massive one world government nothing happened because they were afraid of bieng kicked from the NWO, also anyone not in the NWO was dead if tryed to take any military action.

Yes because world governments aren't fun.

In the Hegemony with 13 or so players that constitutes a world government.

Earth, you've never played hegemony so why would it refer to you? He attacked me first..... Year.

I'm not saying it should be banned it should be discouraged as it's not really that fun when there's a world government.

Nah, alliances are ok when it's one, two or three people but nearly everyone in the game is in the same alliance just pathetic.

Ross is right it is irrelevant/ poll was way before attack by Icu. Edit: thanks - I think I actually had a larger figure but that was shipped on the day of your attack so it could've not counted and you could t secure all of China. Tell you what, I'd love a game of hegemony where: The rules were simple and flawless. The systems were simple and flawless. Everyone started equal. all important things were posted in a different thread. No changes are made through out the game. There is no silly things like 'arc lasers' or 'strange matter' or 'liquid cats'. Super alliances would'nt from. And with those I know I would beat most of you, I know I am the better tactician but I lost half of China because Mathers attack actually happened when Ross said it couldn't and other things like that.

Laplaces Demon, you see that could work but only if you could interprit what they all meant ; a person can make a split second impulse.

You attacked me twice, your wrong - I bought them ages before you had attacked me and I distinctly remember the climate at the time. Ross - "kill the threat?" also minus infinity is not a mathmatical flaw at all.

He never said 'three days' or I never read it, tommorow means tommorow. Now. 1000 F22's 200,000 man military I made one thousand of these slightly before the war started And I had some tanks or something. Besides thats irrelevant whether you would've beat me or not.

Zombie Plans-Revised
If people's behaviour is based on how they're enviroment and genetic factors can we really be held responsible for what we do? Times confusing you can't say that there isn't a fate or destiny because by simply doing that the future will do the same thing basically. A human looks just like a zombie, with help can smell/walk/sound/be a zombie; unless zombies all eat each other.

Yes, and I did get attacked but you didn't all manage to get anything done, its a game so there was nothing wrong with it. I got three days, and Archi stated 'tommorow' but decided to do it in the middle of the day, it didn't matter - I would've beaten your military any day. Also, there was no time limit in place - there needs to be a time limit.

Zombie Plans-Revised
No. But scientists are looking into the possibility that the near future could be viewed by future time travelling into the past (y'no like are photons believed to do)
-
Zombie Plans-Revised
That would imply telepathy, that is impossible. Zombies are possible, but telepathy is impossible? Zombies could happen by a parasitic entity controling the nerves of a human, its highly unlikely. Telepathy could happen...... Well it couldn't therfore its impossible.
