i do like the evil factor... the dragonkin were sick you know whats (making genetic experiments and junk, killing loads of pplz...) their creations in weapons should reflect that no?

well it's not that i'm looking for some utopian mix of runescape and LOTR but its not entirely impossible in a fictional setting to have elaboate robes that can resist melee with enchantments... it was more a remark on there being other ways to do mage gear rather than the standard BULKY ARMOR = MORE PROTECTION

in other games (mostly tabletop D&D and some popular online games) magelore dictates that robes may be enchanted to have resistance greater than steel... in lord of the rings "mitril" chain is made from magical ore... it's lighter than air but stronger than dragons skin... which in most universes, dragon skin is near impossible to penetrate without some sort of magical/vorpal/specially made blade or a weak spot (beowulf) so jagex is really kind of close minded in thinking PROTECTION = BULKY when in reality it's ENCHANTMENT + DECENT DEFENCE = PROTECTION EDIT: btw thank GOD that sailing has been murdered... if i saw one more sailing thread on the RSOF i was gonna bash my head into my forge... at max heat... with a crucible of molten steel in it... lol

this is great, because usually players ask really annoying questions in these like what kind of software jaagex uses and stupid technical stuff... answer what players want to hear... not techies... even though it is nice to see what jagex has planned computer spec wise it's annoying in these sort of contexts...

i like how brine sabers are going up now... alot of people are seeing this... jagex stated a while back that brine sabers will have a use.... this is one of the two places i wish the ghost walker glitch people had seen... the other is the monkey skull under marim temple... i want to see if it makes a gree gree... you can't telegrab it... the elven city was just an open field... theres no way it would have anything worth seeing in it...

did you actually bake it? i'm actually going to start a video web series on youtube about runescape skills in real life... making some runescape cocktails and foods (culinary classes and bartending), survival firemaking, crafting skillcapes and runescape gear, proper tree cutting... it's bound to be an awesome series and i look foreward to making it if you want a runescape recepie btw just ask... i do substitute the weirder ingredients for easily accessible alternatives that taste similar (bear meat is reallly... reallly... good lol) and gnome cocktails actually got me a bartending gig! in runescape and in real life i try to learn how to do a diverse amount of things and go to professionals in respective fields to learn in my free time...

it isn't part of the mogre camp! as an avid quester and recent tester of graphics on my comp at the underwater area i can assure you theres nothing of that sort there... there appears to be shark jaws of some kind on the floor and some sort of dead/ sleeeping creature on a stone altar...

hahahaha mather if only it were that easy... i've been wondering if i should do a youtube series on building a proper kiln/forge/furnace and casting anvils and smithing and such... maybe runescape skills applied to real life? if you ever get stuck in the wild i know how to do some real construction (eagle scout!) and firemaking is easy so is herblore you gave me an awesome idea math!

tthat would suck... in a big way... maybe if i could get a waaaaay better steel melting implement and aa better forge and better hammers and a really good anvil then yeah... but the manpower (me) does not equal the demand
