Do you know how many game ticks it takes? and do different foods cook faster or slower?

I have two questions about cooking 1. Does having higher cooking increase cooking speed? or only burn rates? 2. How fast do you cook food, do certain items take less or more time to cook? And if you know the cook speed in game ticks that would be great :D

If multiple people are standing on the same spot fishing for the same catch, does each person get fish slower because there are more people? This may be in the wrong section and if it is please let me know :D
