Retech The ship comes into reinforce, and then you notice another enemy ship coming into attack aswell, they get close and you attempt to grapple and you successfullly do so. Paul You notice some soldiers preparing a ship and ask them what they're doing. They say "Pirates have been sighted and we're attacking" Rocco "When we land... Which is very soon (1 turn)" Nex No claws for you! Sorry rolled low. Ross You begin to search around, and find a door, unluckily two pirates caught up and are expecting a fight. Pie To our blockade! The Shaladar scum must learn that the island is ours, not theirs.!"

Rocco "Uhh Port Royale, we're sending supplies to deal with pirates." Mather Wow, you rolled an 8 and then a two! (Out of a hundred) The informant easily grabs your hands and then impales you with his sword, luckily being undead you can take that. Retech The troops wish you good luck too and they get ready at their battle stations, you note 3 ships in the distance, one is basically destroyed, and the other two are locked in combat, one of them has an unfamilar sail while the other two had Shaladar emblem. Nex You find nothing, and you're unable to store the rest of the items, so you decide to use the chest as a storage device. There are only small landmasses near you, this is the main one. Ross You make it past the pirates but they persue, and you go to the lower deck where there are even more pirates manning the cannons, but luckily they're to drawn in battle to even care or notice and some are getting killed by enemy fire anway. Pie Polearm is okay, the uniform man looks bewildered "Uhhh Phyl it is, welcome aboard." Retech You're very close to your destination and hear cannon fire in the distance.

Retech The practicing goes well and you learn quite a bit +0.4 Grapple skill Mather The maneauvar isn't executed properly and you're unable to slash at the informant, everyone notices and begins to bare arms. Grim You climb aboard the ship and shoot your gun hitting an enemy in the chest killing him +0.2 Pistol skill Pie "You're meant to provide your own equipment... Anyway, name please and then welcome aboard."

Retech The compass points north-west You search around the cabin, and in one of the drawers you find a nice rope with a grapple attatched.

Mather The people stare blankly, and a kind skeleton informs you that he is in the legendary port of the damned, famous for the undead and many fear them. The crowd are still angry about the attack and ask you for money to pay as a fee for your crime. Ross You land on the enemy ship perfectly and pull of the technique well, the pirate is however still able to fight, he swings his sword at you but the knock must of made him concussed as he laughably stumbles and falls to the deck below, you then make your way to the deck where you encounter a few more pirates. Retech You practice with the sword, but gain no skill, it was nice to use it after so long however. Rocco The rocking of the ship confirms you're at high sea, and you leave your area to the deck, everyone is busy doing their job and just think you're part of the crew. Nex Ding Ding Ding! The first 100. You encounter a small mound of dirt, after digging for a while you realise it is buried treasure, you open it up to find, a map of other points, but you have no reference so it is junk right now, 500 gold pieces. Grim Against your better judgement, you jump into the ocean, even though the enemy ship was in boarding distance, you do not realise how cold the water actually are and feel winded by the temperature change.

Retech You step aboard, but find nothing of value, you're told that it will take 4 turns before you arrive to your destination Ross The rope is secured, and as the enemy comes into range you chuck the axe it hits the mast but does no real damage, a pirate notices your attack and focuses on you, he wields two scimitars. Nex You find nothing. Grim You prepare yourself well, but your ship is seriously damaged by the opposing ships superior cannons, luckily you were prepared and you escaped the ship. The reinforcement ship kills a few Chillwind marines and hurts the ship a bit. Paul You're told that you're near the centre of the world, and the area is trifled with pirates, there is probably some work down at the docks.

Grim You're sword begins to vibrate ever so sofely and no one notices cause you rolled high again. Retech Pay? 200 coins, bonuses for combat skill and bravery. Now come aboard, I'm sure you're eager to fight after this fiasco Paul "Port royale, they then search you and realise you're not a pirate then escort you inside. Ross The axe is tied but you're unsure if it could drop, but it held firm in your test.

No I didn't. Grim The island and enemy ships come into sight, everyone mans their stations, and your new station is atop the deck ready to board the enemies. Retech "GRR!!! NOOO I wont be beaten by a women!" He goes to swipe at you and laughably trips over and lands face first, breaking his nose. The crew laugh and some uniformed men grab him and take him away. They offer you a place on the ship as a marine. Pie You follow them and get to the dock, a uniformed man asks you if you're interested in the military. Rocco You stow away and find a nice crate of meat.. You eat to your hearts content Paul The settlement is a large port, and the guards notice you and begin to approach Nex You find no fish but make it to shore. Ross The port comes into view, but then the scout at the sails screams "PIRATES!!!" And you look at the direction he points at and a reasonable sized pirate ship is closing in on you, you're told to ready for combat and the ship breaks out into a large state of confusion. Mather You smash the skeleton to pieces but you're unable to drain any life force.You feel particularly weak, and you just realise you have gained a crowd.

Pie Everyone is moving around quickly, and some uniformed men are marching towards the dock. Retech You stumble a little bit, and the captain comes at you again but you dodge and then swipe at his arm which makes a huge THWAK sound and he screams in pain a little bit. Rocco You get away from the crowd, and as you run towards the docks you notice a cargo ship being loaded and you make your way onto the ship. The crew has no uniform and there is too many to notice anyone new. Nex You handle the currents and begin swimming to the large landmass Grim Wow... You rolled a 96 before and then a 98 O_O... The captain calls you down to prepare for battle, he pats you on the shoulder and hands you a fine looking flintlock pistol, "Here, take this.. You'll need it." Ross You notice nothing, and you get splashed when the ships knocks and your bucket falls over. Mather You grab the skeletons other arm and freeze that too, and the skeleton is unable to attack +0.1 icemagic Paul You wake up near a settlement.

Noooo, you're in the capital, they're going to destroy a blockade on an island south of the city, they probably wont attack the capital for a while.

Rocco The man is unconcious but as you claim that he is a pick pocket, the pub laugh and state he is just the village drunk, you find nothing of value, and the barkeep calls for the guards. Ross You embark on the ocean, the navigator shouts we're not too far away (2 turns) You scrub the deck Nex The insulation doesn't work well and you're getting swept at the currents. Mather The head misses the skeleton, and the headless body goes at you swiping your arms, but you grab him and surprisingly you freeze part of his body and it shatters. +0.1 Ice magic Retech The duel begins and you bow, the captain goes to attack and you expertedly dodge, but you slip slightly and you're unable to counter. Grim You spot a Shaladar sail and they begin to sail with you to the archipeligo, your attack on the island has reinforcements :)

Pie You reach the settlement gates and you're searched by the guard and are allowed entry "Welcome to Chillwind" Nex You begin swimming, but get off to a bad start as you're not used to such icey waves. Rocco You punch the man in the face and he goes to tackle you, you expertly side step and he falls through the door outside and he lands on the floor. +0.2 Hand to Hand Jen The Captain laughs at your immitation but hands you a wooden sword, "Best me in a duel and I'll allow you entry, but I'll go easy on you.." Ross The man leads you to a medium sized cargo vessel with a crew of around 50, he introduces you to the crew and you're greeted with a hearty hello. The captain tells you that you will serve as cleaner for the ship and hands you a mop and bucket. Grim You make it to the scouting position and the ship embarks, the navigator states that they will arrive soon (3 actions) Mather You grab the skeletons head and pull it off, the headless skeleton gets mad and blocks the fork with his unsheated scimitar. He wails and hisses at you and goes to attack.

Grim You enter the ship and the captain tells you all to line up, you stand in line and he adresses you "You brave men, the cowardly Chillwind sought war and we are going to bring it, we're the fire than will melt them." He begins to assign tasks for the crew, he looks at you and says "You shall be the lookout, climb atop the sails!" Rocco You find a drunkard around your size and age, and shove him announcing he saw what you did, he confusely gets up and shoves you back "Get outta'ere you coward, or I'll make you sorry!" Ross "Uhhh, how does 150 gold sound?" Mather "The skeletons looks at you? Fun? What is fun about being cursed... He then walks past you and shoves you." Nex The patch forms perfectly, and you will have no hassle getting it open again +0.2 Body Morphing Retech He hears your womanly voice... "Honey, you know it's bad luck for us to being a women aboard, maybe if you can find a crew willing to let you travel with them" You note the many docked warships that could possibly house you. Pie You begin to heard signs of civilisation and hed towards a settlement.

Retech "Farewell!" It doesn't take long, you find a queue of people lined up to a man in uniform Rocco "How rude..." You find a shabby looking pub. Mather No fwoosh again, and your life energy that is keeping you animated begins to feel diminished, perhaps you shouldn't try that until you rest. You enter the settlement, you find animated skeletons, just like yourself, among them are a few hardy pirates. Ross One of the men come up to you? "Hey! Uhh, looking for some work, we're going on a voyage to the Northen archipeligo but pirates have been sighted along the root and people are scared, we promise though, it'll be safe." Nex You rip yourself open and just begin to bleed, you feel pain but luckily your regeneration takes over and it heals. Pie You remove a bone and begin crafting a knife, but the rabbit bones are weak and it wont serve well in combat.

Retech: "Hmm, just 10 pieces will get you a night stay." You hand him 11 pieces and ask for news. "Well you must be new here, we're at war.. The chillwind to the north have blockaded some of our islands, and the king saids that its an act of war, there's been mass recruiting everywhere over the kingdom." Ross You wander off into the city and find the docks with no hassle, you just followed the scent of the sea. There are a few stands selling fish and assorted goods from the ocean, and a few people seem to be running asking people questions. Grim "Ha! I would hope you had your own weaponry my dear boy, dangerous time to be living in and made even more dangerous with the war. If you can give your name and we'll have you on the ship departing shortly. Nex You rest and you feel fine, and walk out of the cave. Rocco "Pirates? You better be joking, telling that to anyone serious could get you killed. We're civilised people." Pie You don't find much at all, but at least the cold isn't getting to you. Mather Your hands spark and fizzle, no fwoosh. You keep walking to find a foggy settlement.

Retech You go to the tavern keep and ask if you could possibly trade some rum for a place to stay. He looks at you for a little while... No... Seems like a scam, if you can get me some gold, then sure (You start with some, around 50 coins) Ross The man prepares you a refreshing looking drink "Ahh, not much, that I can think off, but you can always check around the city or the docks for something, people here are friendly once you get to know them" Grim "The Shaladarian navy, we're at war... Don't you know?" Mather You float ashore to a foggy island, cracks of bone and wails can be heard... It would be cold if you could feel anything. Nex You digest them, but a bit too quickly and get some intergestion, not too bad though, perhaps a little rest to just feel better.

Pie You skin the rabbit, and get a small patch of fur, you also gain some tastey looking meat. +0.1 skinning Retech You head into the tavern Grim You wait in line and finally your turn comes up "Hello, you're here for the recruitment?" The man says. Dungeonal You wander to town, but succumb to sleep before you get there, luckily you land safely and you doze off (Good night and thanks) Nex You find none, but you remember you had leftovers in the cave.

Ross: The barkeep turns to you and says "Huh never seen you around before, visiting? Perhaps a drink?" Retech (That can get you into bad places if you roll badly..) You wander around the city, and find a small little dojo, you enter and the leader of the dojo notices you instantly "A FEMALE? HA! Get outta here..." He then shoves you. Nex Your body cracks a little, but you have been overdoing the morphing without any food, and thus have begin to feel tired, perhaps you can't make it to the island by swimming now. Though you morph perfectly. Grim You find no place to train, but you find a uniformed man standing at the docks, people seem to be queueing around him. Dungeon You land on the island, and the rafts doesn't break on impact. You also note hear the sounds of civilisation near you.

Grim You walk through the settlement, there is no real wanted ads or anything, Dungeonal You drift out a little more and then suddenly the current picks you up, and you begin to speed off near the largest island of the archipeligo, and you notice a vessel leaving the island.

I edited you in the post from before, but okay Ross: You enter the city, it seems confusing at first, but as you begin to take note of the signs, you see a snug looking tavern in between a few shops Grim: "Uh-uh... Just go in..." Dungeonal The current doesn't really pick you up, and you begin moving slowly off in a random direction. The boat holds firm though and seems to do well in the water. Nex There are no plants or animals you recognise, but you're confident you could swim to the landmass. Retech The guard blushes "Bah just go in, welcome to Shaladar" Pie The rabbit is almost perfectly killed outright, and you haven't ruined the carcass. +0.2 Polearms

Nex: YOu walk out of the cave, and you're hit by a chill, luckily your body can take it, you realise you're on an island, not too small, but it isn't exactly large. There is a huge landmass just sightable in the distance. Dungeonal The raft begins to come together, the hair looks a bit iffy though, and it hurt like hell to remove it. It could hold though. Retech "Ha! You women have no real athourity here, you must be foriegn, you're not with Chillwind are you!?" And the guard raises his weapon.

Pie: You enter a forest, the ground is fine and you can walk with out support from the spear. You notice a small rabbit hopping around. Retech: As you get close the guards command you to stop. "Hmm you look safe, reveal your wirst" Grim You wander towards the medium sized settlement, and one lonely guard comes up to you "Y-Yo-Your're not a p-pi-pirate.. Are you?"

Rocco. You reach a small port, there seems to be no real security and you wander right in. It seems like a small trading port, many shops are open and people shouting out their sales, you seemingly have no money though. Dungeonal I edited it before, but okay You wonder around the island and note the wooden debris, lots of it all over the island. Retech You wander if the right direction, and you begin to notice a large city off in the distance, walking distance. Ross You enter the large city, it is rather confusing at first, but you begin to read all the signs. Between all the shops you note a snug looking tavern.

Retech: You find a compass, a few unopened bottles of rum, and 20 coins. Ross The officer grabs you and pulls up your sleeve, he looks more calm, "Sorry, you may enter, welcome to the city of Acerbus" Grim: You finally begin to see a small town in the distance. Nex: After a few cracks and snaps your attempt is rather unsuccessful, you luckily don't injure yourself though, but you run out of energy to try it again for a little while. Rocco: Your weapon and coin are still with you, and you set off getting closer and the sounds grow louder.
