I know, but if the biodome have seperate budgets, for the next few decades 100% of the budget is going to infra.

The land is a small correlation to how much money you earn from the biodomes, BTW, I only own so much cause it was easier to split up that little island. You all will still earn money from each biodome when I work out how much each. Rules: No weapons were carried on the ship EVERYONE was checked. Weapon shipments to each respective land will be checked by Indian officials, they will then state what the weapons are for. Earth wars will not effect Mars so you can't attack Indian biodomes cause you want part of the land cause your at war with another country, E.G lets say Trol was at war with Ross, he will not be permitted to attack Ross on Mars. No other rules needed.

What about a hero chance XD? The losing side has a 5% chance of getting a soldier who kills X(roll a dice) : 1 A 1% chance that the entire army is pepped up and they get the better KTD ratio :P

I refuse to believe a scaled down version of the Apollo - 11 could carry enough troops to sustain anti missile equipment, let alone an outpost. Though I guess it also comes down to how can it also sustain a biodome and carry enough people for colonisation. Can you build infinite of these ships if you have the money, or is it just 1 ship deal and then you have to go back to regular ships?

I agree with Grim, you can't just build spaceships with no space research.

I don't really see what your going to be doing. You wont be able to colonise the moon, as you don't have biodomes, but you want to militirise the moon, probably for Europe. Which I don't mind, Asia will be getting Mars.
