Forums|Memberlist About Ancient Legion Ancient Legion (AL) was founded by two brothers, Lamb Bug and Golden arm42, in April 2008. Ancient Legion started out small, with a handful of members, but since our opening, we've become a major force in the low-req clan world. We've got super-active forums (we recently moved forums, we had over 50,000 posts on the old ones :)), a great warring presence (current war record: 15-5), and a group of dedicated members who care about the clan (recently pulled 80+ opts to a war). Our most common events are Clan Wars, PVP trips, Skillathons and roach hunts, but we also have many less common events, such as boss hunting (KBD, Chaos Elemental, GWD), minigame events (Fist of Guthix and Stealing Creation are popular), and interclan duel tournaments. Members are also encouraged to host their own events. All in all, we have 4-6 events/week. Each week, we also have a contest, where members pick a particular skill for that week's theme. Whoever get the most XPs in that skill during the week is the winner, and he/she gets the "Elite Skiller" rank and a shiny new graphic to add to their collection. Ancient Legion vs. Everlasting Souls Pre-war Ancient Legion Memberlistp Everlasting Souls Memberlist ::::War Overview:::: -Saturday, November 7, 3:00 PM EST/8:00 PM GMT. -Runehead only; no friends or allies -Food, pots, and prayer allowed -Matched ops +/-4 -Lower pull attacks -Clan wars classic, center bounds -Melee/Range + Binds only Starting Opts Ancient Legion: 36 opts, 96 average Everlasting Souls: 33 opts, 99 average The War Itself ELS really wanted to win this war, as did AL, so ELS stocked up on corrupt weaponry and armor for the fight. Our first pile, their warlord Techweeneijr, had full corrupt armor. The battle went back and forth, with both sides fighting pretty evenly, until AL got an advantage by KOing Aliath2000 when he went into robes. From there, Ancient Legion bore down, with some key binds down the stretch and great tanking by a few people (props to Gameguy535 and Jack Searer) to take a commanding lead and ultimately win the war. Ancient Legion vs Wildownerz Ancient Legion Runehead Wildownerz Runehead Rules: Summary: It started as 11 vs 10 for us. Wildownerz attacked and we defended. Once they made their move we piled one of their guys (Holy, i think) and got a fast K0, which made the ops 11-9 to our favour. After that we moved Cyril, which we killed after a while (More binders next time), we managed to kill him by about the same time Lit ended Tanking. We then piled their members one after another, with our snipers and binders firing on all cylinders. Ending Ops: We managed to win with this people remaining :) Good job guys, and Good Fight Wildownerz :lol:
