This is literally the global defence network, administered and controlled by the UN, with all these scientists from different countries working on it. That's not true Archi. I don't believe you had announced that you were annexing, taking over, controlling directly, installing a new government, or whatever in Abbysnia. Shouldn't the count start today? I'm pretty sure most people were under the impression that you were manipulating them as a puppet state, and nothing more.
