The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Oh yes, Japan submits another United Nations resolution asking for the addition of one extra seat for Japan. Now that the two biggest powers which vetoed Japanese inclusion are hopefully not against Japan (South Korea joined Japan, and China might have changed its view), Japan thinks that it should get a permanent seat, since it's strongly backed by the US and the UK (at least it was).

Dungeoneering
Jen tucks the baby golem in her inventory, then heads out towards Ikana to ask for some metals that she can feed her golem.
-
Dungeoneering
Yay! Is the baby golem like my familliar? Jen asks the Ivory tower what baby golems like to eat.
-
Dungeoneering
Jen offers her gold tiara, the golem's egg, and the gold she does have for the charging stone.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Japan petitions the UN for the addition of four more permanent security council seats, for the non-nuclear world powers of Brazil, Japan, India, and Turkey. Japan says that it contrubutes a lot to the UN, and is a regional power, as is Brazil. Turkey is uniting the Arab world, and thus should be appropriately represented.

Dungeoneering
Jen returns to the Ivory tower and asks to purchase an ice charging stone.

Dungeoneering
Jen attempts to set up a special light communication system. Basically, there would be a giant lens and receiver on both sides, made of some crystaline structure like ice, with light bursts used like morse code. So basically for her action, Jen tries to create a large free-standing lens ten or twenty feet away from her.

Japan decides not to contribute any troops, because it would have no veto regarding when the troops would be used. It also withdraws its offer of using Japanese naval bases for UN purposes.

Dungeoneering
(What does the concentration mean? Does it mean I'm drained?) Jen attempts to create some enchanted water arrows as well, as well as trying to create a quiver by making a solid block of ice with her ice staff, then carving out a quiver with her ice knife.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Well that was because the UN never takes Japan seriously as an economic and military power. Japan proposes an additional permanent seat to be added, because of the rising status of several new powers.

Dungeoneering
Jen returns to her tower, and attempts to create a water bow, which is cohesive because of the water magic.

Dungeoneering
Jen asks the mages at the Ivory tower if it would be possible for them to help her create a sentient-ice phoenix, which wouldn't attack her and be her best buddy.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Japan requests a permanent seat on the security council, in light of its recent humanitarian and economic efforts for better trade. If this seat is given, then Japan will contribute 100,000 soldiers, and further support will be given depending on the situation, under Japanese high command.

Surprisingly, Japan somehow hears the message. In the mind of the Swiss king, he hears "We agree" in a Japanese accent.

Well you could have authorized Japan to invade Abbysnia. -hint hint hint hint- Just kidding, but you have a good point though.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Japan thinks that the UN doesn't feel that Japan is such a prominent member, so Japan feels that it shouldn't have to contribute more than other more prominent nations. After all, the UN failed to help when the UN-hating country of Abbysnia tried to annex Yemen.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Japan supports the abolition of war, but it doesn't like the idea of contributing armed forces, simply because the UN is controlled by the same raving lunatic as the US. :P

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Startling news! The Swiss king was accidentally killed by a group of rogue ninjas practicing their throwing skills near the capital building. The rogue ninjas have all killed themselves as the result of the dishonor. ^ Incase you couldn't tell, that never actually happened. I was just pointing out how silly this is, and why we shouldn't get back into this again. :P

I don't know...it seems to similar too the Nazis that randomly burned stuff down to me. :P Project Coccoon has given birth to a new project: Project Pupa. --------- I didn't confuse the two. I just gave it as an example of one of the silly things that weren't supposed to be repeated.

Japan accuses Abbysnia of using the mother as a political tool, much like the tanker captain of mustard gas, the Nazis, and all the other insane non-sensical things.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Japan petitions the UN to not recognize Abyssnia, due to the fact that it was formed by a militaristic action. They also ask that the UN authorize Japan to secure its borders against Abyssnia, because they are trying to destabilize the region.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Unfortunately for the Abyssnians, they discover that the GDP boom never happened. They were simply misled by their government. The Abyssnians are quickly killed by the mob, consisted of people who thought of the Abyssnians as a bunch of war-like people who would drag them into hundreds of wars.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
No worries Archi, happens to everyone sometime, especially me. :P A hundred-thousand troops isn't a silly amount of troops, especially since they are being supplied by the country hosting them. The other 50,000 were reinforcements for the Africa conflict that never happened. ---------- Well of course there are suicide bombers in the Middle East. However, that situation was mostly (I say mostly, because it's impossible to get terrorists out completely) resolved because generally when the economy is prospering and people aren't actually being oppressed (I guess they could view it that way if they wanted, but who would when their wealth just doubled), terrorists are much fewer in number.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Brazil is within the top 4 individual nations, after China, Japan, and Britian. If you call oil exporters and the Carribean nations, then it is 6th. ----- What the heck Archi? Yemen was part of Japan for several years by now. Anyways, if you think about it, the placement of troops is very logical. Out of one million active troops, a hundred thousand in a country is a fair fraction.

Japan will relieve 500 billion dollars out of 750 billion dollars worth of debt, and reduce interest rates on the rest, for 5,000 tons of gold, which is about 150 billion I think.
