What makes up the military that you're selling? Japan is moving in basically the opposite direction. Respecting cultural differences, yet making a national identity. Seeking to move forawrd into the future with new values. Corporate domination increased, but more regulated. However, education is increased to be even farther ahead of other nations. Also, Japan encourages temporary immigrants, though it's seeking some large landmass to house more people.

Jen runs in a circle around the shadow so that she ends up near Umbra. Then she tries to fire ice javelins at the shadow again. (It's like she's firing a bolt of ice at the shadow, but it forms into a flaming javalin as it is flying, so she doesn't get burned)

Jen attempts to fire ice javalins at the shadow, such that it forms into a cohesive fire javalin while flying, so it becomes non magical and it doesn't burn my hand by the time it hits the shadow.

Jen attempts to create a small ball of ice, to test if magicks work differently in this dimension or whether it was just because she was firing it at the shadow. Then she tries to make some ice javalins and throws them at the shadow.

Hm..... Jen fires a hot jet of water at the shadow figure using her anti-magic, wondering what will happen. (Does this creature only react to melee? And should I come and help?)

(Nooooo, the second time I go into another dimension because of you! Nooooooooooooooooooooo!) Jen begins charging up her ice shards. She wonders if she can help Umbra or if the shadow will only duel a single warrior at a time. If she can help, then she fires a freezing ray at the shadow's feet.

Noooo, S-Net is evil! Eeeeeeeevil! ---- Oh yah, Japan asks Spain if it would convert to algae-fuelz. If it does, then Spain can find independance from oil producing countries (except me) and it would be able to tax the gasoline 50%, with proceeds going to the government.

I found 118,000 for just the army. ----- Oh, here's a tip. When arguing with other players of Hegemony, often you don't need to know everything. You just need to know enough that you sound like you know everything. Archi is the best at this deception. :P I think Doom knows the most in terms of knowledge, but Archi does the best at convincing people. :)

It's about bonding with your kinspeople, and equality for all. It tells about the common duty of all to protect the homeland against invasion, and to help thy neighbor. This is to ensure that the nation stays cohesive, yet it still retains the distinct elements of which it is made.

Jen uses the telescope to look at the four bear traps that she laid. If she sees any bears stuck in one, then she careful goes down (barely in range, so like 20 feet or 30 feet away) and attempts to kill the bear by freezing its throat shut.

I think people fail to realize that Japan and South Korea have been friendly for at least a few decades, and their main dispute is over a piece of land...which is now part of both of the countries, because they're just one country. <_< Their cultures are very similar, especially after the cultural exchange of the 1980s. Japanese songs and books are extremely popular in Korea, and vice versa. The only animosity they had dates back to before modern times.

War is going to happen eventually, but if stuff just randomly starts rebelling, then there's no one willing to fight a war because they're too busy with domestic issues. The South Korean government invites the rebels to a sit down summit to ask them what they would like. They state that only through calm negotiation can both parties meet their objectives. Meanwhile, the South Korean government tells the Confederacy that as this is an internal affair, they have no right to intervene according to UN law.
