Jen attempts to stand up, using the spike sorta like a crutch, in an attempt to get it off her. If she fails, then it probaly will rip the spike out of her shoulder, thus getting her out of the debacle. If she stands up but can't get it off, then she tries to cut the spike with her knife.

Jen tries to cut through the spike impaling her with her knife, then pulls out the spike. She tries to climb up the ladder again, if she succeeds.

Jen attempts to use a giant water jet downwards, hopefully making her fly upwards. She does this at a slight angle and continues even when off the spike, so that she doesn't just land onto the spikes again.

Except that America import 4.7 million barrels of oil yearly, which converts to 197,500,000 gallons of oil imported yearly. So it's either you buy 3 dollar gasoline from Iraq or 2 dollar gasoline-equivilant from Japan. :thumbsup: Not really a comparison with American oil companies.

Retech, the American people do not have an unlimited amount of money. ALL of the money taken out by Taxes goes back into the economy, or goes though the balance of trade, representing a small deficet or surplus. Its a cycle... That's true, but it basically means that the cycle goes through more reiterations, which is essentially the point. Better to buy 5 barrels of oil and lose your money than buy 3 barrels and lose your money. Also reducing the deficit. Besides, the taxes would go to repaying the debt, of which some would head to Japan and China.

What? I think you're misunderstanding the economy here. The money is leaving the United States regardless of what happens. Infact, using my idea, more money stays in the United States, since it's being taxed more.

I am selling my algae fuel at a cheaper price than oil companies, with the US government taxing to make the rate the same. So the public pays the same amount of money, but the money goes to Japan and the United States rather than oil companies.

Well didn't the US lower the returns on bonds to 0% anyways? I don't quite remember. Anyways, 200 billion is roughly 2% of the debt. I'm pretty sure the interest rate of the debt at this point is lower than that, so it would go down. Even if it doesn't, it stops it from going up. So what do you say? If you cut spending a few hundred billion, it would make a difference. Maybe say that Healthcare reform worked. :P

Algae fuel is relatively cheap, I'd still be making money. I'm already doing the same deal with Germany-France, so they're earning a lot as well. Japan (country, not the empire...I mean group of republics) requests membership into TFTA and FETA, since leadership of TFTA passed to Russia, and might not be banning Japan anymore. ----- The US would send the money to Japan/China to pay back the debt that the US owes us. :P

Well essentially the United States is in a hole because it has a debt with large amounts of interest, and it keeps spending too much. Assuming that it reigns in spending, China and Japan (two large debt holders) could reduce interest rates close to 0%. Then, the United States would convert to algae fuel and purchase it from Japan for approximately 2 dollars a gallon, making a profit by taxing it 50%, earning approximately 200 billion dollars a year. (Debt is about 10 trillion dollars btw)

Japanese officials propose a brilliant plan to earn the US 200 Billion dollars a year to go towards reducing the deficit, which should eliminate the deficit in 50 years.

Is that an interesting fact that we needed to know? :) Japan proposes a method for the United States to repay its national debt, if it's willing to listen.

Well I do have a surplus of basically 90 billion yearly, so I can afford to pay a 10 billion lump sum. It's also sorta an apology for Indonesia.

Well essentially I just pulled my influence out of Thailand. I've decided to isolate it so that it doesn't become a big deal, and can act as a buffer state.

Japan begins jamming Radio Free Asia in the region because of that comment. It sends a letter to the UN stating that if it can't look past this one issue, then perhaps it doesn't want Japanese assistance in carrying out sanctions and the like (Japan being number one exporter, any sanction not including it is pretty much ineffective). Japan accepts the deal with Australia, but only sends 5 billion because it turns out there isn't infact 10 billion surplus left over. (Whoops, my mistake)
