  1. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Login bug which occured to me several times now.... Strange how my 90 slayer goal reveals to go for 90, while the list says im 120 already... Added to that: al those 120's are together a lot higher as 1337 total, hp, pray, summoning etc isn't correct either. Does this also occur to others on low internet with google Chrome when they are streaming music? Every time it happens the bugged stats are the same. When the game continue's my stats sadly do change to my real stats. /troll: Anyway, proof for all skills to rise to 120? :D Extreme completionists cape!
  2. Partially agreed: if your using Ah then its true. but i cba to charge my battle set. RL have low mage defence so it doesn't make a payload of difference, thus for me degrading armour doesn't affect me.
  3. I've just read the rock lobsters monster hunting guide, which is great! The topic is based on that guide when it comes to explaining certain spots. Notes for the SGS, I think its worth every penny, - You can usually perform 4 specials every 5 lures. - Use the special on the ranger dagannoths before you trap them at the dagannoth luring spot (you know, next to the torch) (I tend to gear up while running on part 1 of the lure, and as soon as i pass the corner i already select spec and race for the daganoth. Its really fast) - Ranger dagannoths have fairly weak melee defence, i use to hit at least 4/5 times. - On high prayer armour, and not praying at step 1 of the lure, you indeed only use 3-4 prayer points at max per lure. - Thus means that per 5 lures you will recieve: 4*(4/5)*5 prayer points which is: 12,8. ((4/5)*(4/5)*5=3,2 (so you get 3,2 ppts per lure) - 5 lures needs approx. 15 ppts. This means you will only use 2,2 prayer points per 5 lures if you have an SGS with you. NOTES: - If you (if im not mistaken) hit over 200lp with the special you can get more prayer points. - I tend to get more prayer points back then i spend during the lure because I usually lure withing 3 prayer points, and i hit pretty high very often. - Its more dangerous, as you leave yourself a little more vulnerable in the beginning, but the SGS will heal you. - I don't know if you still break even when using the soul split prayer. I use blood burst for healing (78 pray.) - Don't use piety/turm/pots, its a waste for the single hit. - It might take a while to master.
  4. Did you know that when you enter nothing in the tunnel is agressive to you? As soon as you start hitting cannoneers then the dwarves are agressive. thats why i like to enter and kill the dwogres only, then you don't have to pray ranged.
  5. A baby impling spawns in the middle of the big lava pool inside of the J shaped path to the ZMI altar. Other implings must spawn near, the place swarms of the implings.
  6. Another way to kill the mith drags, besides the leaf-bladed sword, is just to ram away with an zamorakian spear. When doing so I use or full void or BANDOS + slayer helm (when i got mith drags task). The zamorakian spears stab attack is truly awesome at mith drags. however you probably cannot get more kills then 8, depends on your luck and how much he breathes. (idk for sup antifire, as im only 63 herb) So... the guide, Tele towards the Ancient Caverns put protect from mage on, and drink your antifire. Just before you enter the steps put on piety. As soon as you go up go stand within melee distance and drink your super set. then just kill it. Be aware for his breath, even with protect from mage I got hit a 35. piety is NECISSARY! You get 25% extra def and the att/str bonus. I would only suggest this for slayer task, as its quite cost inefficient, but really fun! :D other prayers might help too, but i'm only 71 prayer, prefer to take piety and protect mage then deflect mage only and like sap mage or something. .As you pray mage (against his breaths) you need less (his breath does hit) mage def. I prefer to go for quick kills instead of less hits, so i take full bandos/dboots/slayer helm/quest cape(got no better). Another option would be the TD's setup which is Tassets + Karil top. You might also go for dharok armour for melee def, but idk whereas that has good mage def bonus. Sry for bad english, didn't feel like watching my spelling and grammatics.
  7. The tormented wraith is fast when it spawns. So you usually get at least 1 melee hit before you pray melee. You can avoid this by just unwielding any of your black items and then its unagressive untill you wield the black item again. Even I with 86 def gets 15+ hits almost every time. Although it is a multicombat area, your familiar will NOT attack wraith, even if you use the familiar button "attack". For cheap but effective results i use chaos gauntlets from the Family Crest quest. With those you hit 15's with a spell that costs only like 160gp per spell. Otherwise you would be wasting much more money. So my glove advice would be to wear Chaos Gauntlets. The best legs would be elite (when maging) as that decreases mage much less then black platelegs do. Don't take too many prayer potions or you'll be left without any space. For me (83 mage with chaos gauntlets fire bolt) it drops more pray pots then i use with the recommended gear. It drops blue charms quite often. Getting around 3 blue charms per 8 charm drops. My invo would be C A F P P P P P P P P N leaves 16 spaces for drops (put some food in your inventory too for when you get owned at the start) ( 4 charms loads of noted stuff and cash from alchs maybe some herbs) C = Chaos rune A = Air rune F = fire rune P = Prayer potion N = nature rune
