I think POH's are a waste of cash. Yes, they look cool. No, they arent worth the money to look that cool.
Cash is no object for me, when I came back for slayer I raised 80mill and threw it into slayer, so that isn't a factor in my return. :P

Ok first off, I know how annoying these topics are, so please no flames about making my own decision. I have a very hard time deciding, and want some 'peer' input.
First off, are POH's worth it, I waited YEARS for them, they look very cool, but worth coming back for?
Wildy, how is it running, active with people?
Clans, still basically same clans with same people? Many new faces?
Any other factors that may have changed would be nice to hear about to make my decision, I would just come back and try it all myself, but even though it's 5$, I would rather have imput before spending it.

Yeah but, the largest use of guthans, at least when i quit it was, was at abyssal demons, which don't drop bones, so its definately still useful.

they just have a special browser they open rs with, they can actually trade and attack people ect..and they can pk whether there allowed to or not is another matter.

The mod did lie, because i have pk'ed jagex mods, so have many others.
They never drop anything good, and they teleport right back lol.

Well in CSA (Conditioning Strength and Agility) class, which we do Weight Lifting and such, we do quite a few each day. It goes like this before we even get started with the weights:
- 50 crunches
- Turn over and do 30 push-ups
- 50 More Crunches
- Turn and do 30 more push-ups
- Throw your legs straight up in the air, and your arms stright up. Now crunch up your hands to the celling. We do 50 of these.
- Turn and 30 more push-ups
- Now we do 50 bycicles
- Turn over again for the last 30 push-ups.
What's that... 120 push-ups a day? After a few weeks of it, you get kinda used to it so they aren't too incredibly hard. But on topic... yeah I have no idea how many I can do consecuativly :lol: .
I would love that compared to wrestling, we had to do SOOO much. :oops:
I don't know how much i can do straight now, but at least 100.

We had it outside for a while but I have a month off of college, and its like 10 degrees outside, and the house to myself for 2 weeks...so you get the idea of why i put it in the basement.
On a note to merc, i just set it up down here yesterday and the heater has just turned on, so its at 61 degrees. Not quite warm enough for me to jump in to take a pic yet. :P
But ill get a pic and blur the person out soon as its up to 105...i wouldn't blur because i love posting pics of myself, but its against rules to not blur...:(

how does someone get rid of it then why wouldnt that guy let them study him...
To be honest, i see his side of it.
He is a human being, not a lab rat. Yeah he could possibly help cure it, but most likely not, and if he chooses to try and live a normal life so be it.
Odd thing is, his partner has HIV I believe, so it would make sense for him to find a cure for it in any way he can.

I only have 4 ATM, because I wasnt planning on posting any, but ill post what i have taken, when i get on ill post some more.
The game is seriously so fun, because there are neverending possabilities to character selection and builds.
Here was a pic from the end of one of our missions, saw like 300 snakes that we had to kill so took a pic, took a hell of a long time killing the bastards.
Some random pic of me getting nailed, not a big hit but still hurt.
Just a random pic i took while running, can see top half of me, the flames are my 'shielding' aura.
Kinda cool pic, like my flaming scimitar. :P
Thats all for now, ill post some GOOD ones soon, of vareous archbosses and **** like that, and some of the attacks i have, and of my character...and yeah cool ones these ones suck but deal with it :P
Play a hero or villain, i like being bad though. :wub:

It is irrelivent to killing the 702, and is not needed. 8)

Yes, the picture is accurate.
And it spawned on the completely opposite side, i had to lure it all the way.
It will go AS FAR as you want it to, all aroudn the volcano in their, it wont stop as long as you keep it lured, it WILL follow you to the spot.

Ok, when i said range attack first, i had never tryed to lure.
When i wasnt trying to lure he always ranged first, but it might have been luck.
Whenever i was running, he seemed to do MAGE more often, so i believe that would be more usefull to use when luring.
ALSO i am not sure on the defence needed to wear cape.

Im not sure on when the safe spot doesnt work, but if you go to close it wont, but maybe i just got lucky, im sure in some instances it doesnt work. It is a real pain, its not easy.
Yeah, luring it is the hardest part, i had trouble at first because it was on the COMPLETELY other side of the map, but once i shot it once it followed me basically all the way back and into the spot of my choice.
Hope i answered all questions, if i didnt please ask again.

Thanks for the guide, Impaler. I was really impressed at the precision with which you explained everything. Here's my only question:
- 113 combat, 93 hp, 60 prayer, 80 range. Do I have any chance with the Beast? I'd be wearing everything you are exactly.
Possibly, i would say replace 1-2 sharks with two more prayer pots, as it wil be harder to kill with range.
Sayin, the safe spot, when i say start point, that is where you should be when the boss spawns, THEN you run to him and shoot and arrow, and run back to the next picture, sorry if that wasnt made clear enough.
Also, you have to LONGRANGE the healers, and if done right you will kill them fast and hope one gets stuck in a spot where it cant heal.
Yes healers come back, you just have to kill them again, its not impossible, but its also not a piece of cake. :wink:
Also, i say 90 hp because i believe that is the max hit, ive only been hit 72 before, so it doesnt always hit 90, so if you are lower HP you can try for it, just hopey ou have the right pray on when you are running from him, and eat full no matter what.

this is such a lie
he did the same animation for each attack.
each attack hit with the same color the same everything, except they all hit.
first one hit 0 (range pray worked) second one hit 55 third one hit 37 and i died. (they were all range pray animations, or so i thought according to how he was described)
once again, he did the SAME animation, 2 feet raised, and the SAME color thing hitting me, each time.
You didnt watch carefully enough, or read carefully enough.
I also said the time took longer for the animation for the mage attack'
Im 100% sure as ive been to the boss 3 times and killed it once.
ALSO you dont need all 99 melees, but good melee will help to get to the boss.
I think with good strategy a 100 could do it, might need good prayer too.
Got 90 attack on 3rd 360 to last boss i killed, 91 str, and 88 def...96 hp as well.
And yes, the 99 range helps quite a bit.

So both the 360's and the 702 just stand still and shoot you?
Does the 702 alternate between attacks? If not, how can you know when to switch prayer?
I'm asking a lot of questions because I need the most exact information possible for a chance at getting this cape.
Yes the sit there like [developmentally delayed]s and just shoot *not being sarcastic, they actually do*
And the 702 attacks at random i think, might be a pattern. But it takes a little longer for it to do mage attack, and you can tell because of a different 'wind up'

Do you know for sure that the ring of stone doesn't help at all? This is the only reason I bought it, I guess I have to sell then.

Yes, the ring doesnt help, unless its for a final attack, which i doubt, considering the person who did it was in a safe spot, but you can take it in case.
The 702 doesnt run at you to melee, just like the 360s, it just mages and ranges.
Sometimes safe spots work for 360s, but it just stops it from attacking for a bit, if you move it will attack, and you cannot hit the 360 without it maging you, thus the mage prayer.

Umm, tomorrow ill try to get pics of them, but the safe spots are just anywhere you can trap the level 180's, mostly behind skeletons. Run around, you will find them fast.
There is no safe spot for the 702 anymore, thank god only one person got cape using it.

cool lol and who got the cape? chrisaki (sorry forgot how to spell name) is the only one that i know that has it so far.
That is the person who got it, and jagex changed the safe spot, thankfully.

To all his own, he may have used a faster more expensive method, or spent a lot on random items, or even just exxagerated to make it seem like more of an accomplishment.
And boo that answered a lot, thanks, if I do come back I plan to re-apply to DI as its pretty much my home, don't know how much it has changed now.
And its not an addiction for me, runescape, just leisure.
