Hmm, I see your point..But, most people didn't see their leader as God incarnate, especially if we set this in modern times. And, You thinking in your head that something will happen doesn't make it happen, Nor does your leader know which way to hold a gun. So, he couldn't know how to make one, or anything more complicated than a wooden hut, that is if we start in medeival or further back ages.

No, if it's a civil war and you have dictator ship, they'll go somewhat democratic, which means someone with your same interest and plans can end up being reelected if you can pull it off. Obviously this will weaken your country, so it's not an all win situation. And if you get conquered by your enemies, then your out of the game.

Archi, population looses faith in you a bit. not enough for a huge rebelion civil war, but enough to make it harder to issue Edicts from now on. And if this happens, i'm going to make it so you have a chance to be reelected as the new leader if it's a civil war and you lose it.
