You can't exactly assume that they know the risk(s). Some people just do it because their friends suggested it. =/ People stupid enough to do that with all the information that is available in the world need to be eliminated from the gene pool anyway, so no harm there really. It sucks when it's your kid or your friend or you, but w/e. My personal stance on drugs is that people will do what they want regardless of the consequences (people commit murder whether or not there is a death sentence) so it's a waste of time and money to try to stop them. Laws are to protect the people that don't do these things from the people who do do these things. Hehe. Correct statement is correct. I'd also like to point out that your post contains the words 'do do'. Funny stuff. =P
