  4. No it's just because the High Alch animation interferes with the Fishing Animation, the Low Alch animation does not. I'm fairly certain they're the exact same length. And high alch does not interupt fishing (Unless you mean the actual animation, ie not being able to see the rod... But who cares about that?) as long as you don't queue alch, just alch like you did in 08. low alch is faster than high alch
